Paul Dhel Gum has confirmed he will be arriving Nigeria for the event and will speak on addressing the political tensions in many parts of Africa as a way to accelerate regional growth.

Hon Paul is an associate lawyer in South Sudan, a
Former National Deputy Chairperson of Relief and Rehabilitation Commission.

Paul has served at different ministerial capacities. including state minister of livestock and fisheries, state minister of health, and state minister of ICT. South Sudan.
