Today, I celebrate a new year of life — and a new chapter of healing.
This birthday isn’t just a milestone of time passed. It’s a quiet, powerful reminder of everything I’ve walked through, everything I’ve released, and everything I’m still learning to embrace.
This past year has been about deep healing — the kind that requires honesty, softness, patience, and courage. I’ve been unlearning what no longer serves me, tending to wounds I once ignored, and making space for peace in places where pain used to live. It hasn’t been easy, but it’s been necessary. And in that process, I’ve come home to myself in ways I never expected.
More than anything, I’m filled with gratitude.
Gratitude for the people who held space for me.
Gratitude for the quiet moments that reminded me I’m still here.
Gratitude for the growth that happened in the dark.
Gratitude for the strength I didn’t know I had.
Today, I don’t wish for perfection — I wish for continued grace.
I wish for softness, for joy, and for alignment.
Happy birthday to me.
I’m proud of my healing. I’m thankful for my journey. And I’m open to all the goodness still on its way.
