Love Across the Miles...

Stephanie & Promise

It all started with a simple call on December 18th 2022 — one that neither of us knew would change our lives forever.

We met each other in the most unexpected way, through a mutual connection via a call. We lived miles away, in a different city, yet from our very first conversation, it felt as if we had known each other forever.

We talked about everything—our dreams, our fears, our love for adventure, and the things that made us laugh. It wasn’t long before late-night calls became our thing, and “good morning” texts felt like the warmth of a sunrise.

Distance tried to challenge us, but love found a way. We celebrated milestones through video calls and counted down the days until we could finally be together in person.

And when that day came, it was magic. Seeing her smile in real life, hearing her laughter without a screen in between—it confirmed what we already knew which brought sparks and this was real.

Through the ups and downs, through moments of longing and patience, our love stood the test of time and space. And now, here we are—just a few weeks away from saying “I do,” proving that love knows no distance when two hearts are truly meant to be.
