I want to sue my wife and my girlfriend. After one of the usual he@ted f!ght$ with my wife, I drove out that night to my girlfriend's house, where I'm paying the rent.

She welcomed me, prepared warm water for my bath, and served me my favorite meal-starch and banga soup. We had just finished one round when we heard gúñsh0ts.

At first, I thought it was the police. A few minutes later, l heard shouts-"Th!£f! Th!£f! Ole!" Then the gúñ$h0ts got closer, too close for comfort Suddenly, there was loud banging on my girlfriend's door, "Open this door now or we sh00t!" I heard a rough, raspy voice.

Before I could process what was happening, about six men kicked down the door. Next thing I knew, my girlfriend was jumping out the window! Everything happened in slow motion. She left me behind, n@ked and in shock. I stared in disbelief as this girl fled & left me alone in her house, scaling a fence that even with a ladder, I wouldn't be able to climb.

I never knew she could fly or move like that. The r0bbers started laughing at me, saying, "Try and escape! We won't stop you." After three failed attempts to jump the fence she cleared in one leap, the leader came and told me to get into their van.
"Enter your van ke? Wait, are you police or arm£d r0bb£rs?"

I passed out from the sl@p. When I woke up, I was inside a bush, wearing nothing but my girlfriend's pant. One of the men said they couldn't find my boxers, so they made do with the little time they had. To make matters worse, I wasn't alone, I was surrounded by other hostages, but I was the only one wearing G-string and pink singlet.

The good news is, they weren't arm£d r0bb£rs. The bad news is, they were kidn@ppers. They said my wife refused to pay the ransom and told them to meet the woman I went to sleep with as she won't go bankrupt and waste her children's future to pay my ransom.

I was furious! What if I had died? After all, it's my mon£y! And I didn't start che@ting because I wanted to, it was her constant nagging and in$ults that drove me to it.

As for my girlfriend, that tr@itor, that sn@ke. I heard she relocated to Abuja after jumping the fence, leaving me behind to face the kidn@ppers in her house. She never even reached out to my family or asked about me during the entire ordeal. I regr£t che@ting on my wife with her. l've had better options, but we live to learn.

I've contacted my lawyer. I'm suing my wife for negligence and abandonment, and my girlfriend for end@ngerment at her cr!m!nal infested neighborhood...

I'm asking for 50 million each.

Lawyers in the house, what are my chances of winning this case?

This happened when I wanted to birth my second baby

There was this pregnant woman who was laying unconscious in the labor room where we went to see a midwife for clerking.

The doctors were trying to stabilize her while asking questions to know what happened to her and know how and where they can start attending to her because they were suspecting something already. She was unconscious at that moment so she couldn’t speak up.

The people that brought her in was an elderly man,an elderly woman and her husband. They were asked what happened to her. They said she collapsed inside keke as they were coming back from church program.

The doctors asked them to open folder so that they would know she’s now their patient(that’s the rule anyways) and so that she would be wheeled into the theater for emergency CS to save her life,that it’s seems the baby is gone already because they’re not noticing any baby movement again.
The husband said he doesn’t have money,that he went for outside work when they called,that he doesn’t have money. The elderly people also claimed to have no money on them. Folder opening was 5k

The doctors got angry, they were saying that she looks like someone that was given Masop injection (injection given to pregnant women that have HBP)

So while this back and forth was going on,the woman regained consciousness and the doctors asked her what happened to her.

She said she wasn’t feeling good so they went to a private hospital,she was diagnosed of Preeclampsia(HBP during pregnancy), they gave her Masop injection and told her she would be booked for CS immediately but those elderly people with her said no,let them go. She said she collapsed inside keke on their way back from that hospital,that was when they now rushed her to the government hospital.

The people that brought her in lied. The doctors were furious more especially at the husband for not preparing for the birth of his child. They were begging them to just open folder aleast to be registered as their patient. The hospital said “these particular people”(I don’t want to mention them) are into the habit of running away from the hospital without pay.

Actually the main labor room door has been closed because of them,you have to know the hospital well enough to find the new door to the labor room. They would come and give birth then sneak out while pretending to spread wet baby clothes or buy something the next day.

The old man and woman left in the guise to go and bring money from home,after the whole drama they put up. They never came back, leaving only the husband.

As all these was going on,my labor was progressing which shouldn’t because I was already booked for CS. I was booked for Tuesday but labor started on Friday and I was not supposed to labor at all, so it became an emergency CS but because of her,the doctors kept me waiting. Labor pains was hitting me as I watched the sad drama. By time they faced me, I was already 6cm dilated. So they told the nurses to prepare me for the theatre. The doctors left her and headed to the theatre to prepare for me.

Money was contributed by the doctors for her while attending to me. When I came out from the theatre, I noticed that the labor room was sealed. I asked to know why. They told me that It was being cleansed, that the lady later died.

Baby gone,mother gone😔

That CS he was dodging would still be conducted because you cannot bury a pregnant woman with baby inside her belly. And mind you, Posthumous CS is more expensive.
