MODUS OPERANDI OF OUR BUSINESS IN SIMPLE TERMS

1. We are an online publishing business which specializes in formatting and publishing your works on Amazon.
2. When published, your work would be available for purchase on Amazon.
3. We format your books using the Kindle create software- An Amazon software which sole purpose is to format your books and get it ready for publishing.
4. We publish your books using the Kindle Direct publishing (KDP) service by Amazon.
5. A KDP account would be created for the author and when the books are published online, the account is handed over to the author.
6. A payoneer account would be created for the author in which royalties would be paid into by Amazon.
7. A contract stating the scope of operations, duties of parties- publisher and author and their remedies in the case of a breach would be entered into by the parties.
8. The creation, formatting, publishing process usually takes three- four weeks.
9. Payment of the publishing fee is made after the book is made life. This is done before the KDP account is handed over.
10. The author would be kept in the loop of each stage the book publishing process is currently at.

A. KDP publishers are not responsible for proof reading your raw manuscript as that is the job of a proof reader.
B. KDP publishers are also not responsible for marketing the book once it is live and available for purchase on Amazon.
