💭 Your Thoughts Are Not Always True
Have you ever told yourself:

“I’m a failure.”
“Nobody cares about me.”
“I don’t deserve anything good.”
That voice in your head can feel so real but Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) teaches us to pause and ask:

“Is this thought true?”
“Is it helping me grow or keeping me stuck?”
A woman once thought: “Nobody cares about me.”
Then she remembered her sister sent airtime, her neighbor helped with food.
Truth: “They care, just in quiet ways.”

Another woman said: “I keep failing.”
But she looked again and realized she had learned pricing, packaging, and marketing.
Truth: “I’m not failing. I’m growing.”

One felt unloved because of her past.
Until she asked, “Would I say that to another woman like me?”
No. She’d say, “You are still worthy.”

Sis, not every thought is truth.
Some are fear.
Some are shame.
And some are old pain.

But you can learn to answer them with healing.

PURPOSE ISN’T AHEAD OF YOU.ITS ALREADY UNFOLDING WITHIN YOU.

Your Purpose Is Not in the Distance It’s Already Within You

So many of us spend our lives chasing purpose like it’s some distant destination a moment in time we’ll arrive at when everything finally makes sense. We think, One day, I’ll find it. But what if I told you… you’re not waiting on purpose?

Purpose isn’t ahead of you.
It’s already unfolding within you.

You don’t have to have it all figured out. You don’t need to wait for the perfect moment, the perfect plan, or the perfect version of yourself. The truth is, your purpose isn’t waiting for some future version of you it’s already working *right now*, even in the mess, even in the uncertainty, even in the quiet.

It’s in the way you encourage others when they’re down.
It’s in your passion that won’t leave you alone
It’s in the pain you’ve overcome and the strength you didn’t know you had.

But here’s the problem: we miss it. We ignore it. Not because it’s not there, but because we think it should look bigger, louder, or more impressive. We think purpose is something that happens after success but often, it’s the very thing that leads us to it.

You don’t need to go searching for purpose like it’s hiding from you. What you need to do is slow down, silence the fear, and listen. That pull in your heart? That dream that keeps coming back? That small step you’ve been scared to take?

That’s purpose speaking.

Don’t wait for everything to be perfect before you move. Start right where you are with what you have, with what you know, and with the fire already burning inside you.

Because when you realize your purpose is already unfolding within you, you stop chasing and start living.

It’s not far away. It’s in you now today.

Let that truth sink in and move forward in confidence.

YOU CAN’T HEAR YOUR PURPOSE OVER THE SOUND OF YOURS FEAR

There’s a voice inside you that’s been whispering your purpose since the day you were born. A quiet, powerful pull toward something meaningful something that sets your soul on fire. But too often, that voice is drowned out by the noise of fear.

Fear screams. It doesn’t whisper. It yells loud enough to shake your confidence, drown your dreams, and convince you that playing small is safe. It says,

“What if you fail?”

“What will they say?”

“You’re not good enough.”
And because fear is loud, urgent, and persistent, we start to listen. We let it guide our choices. We trade our passion for comfort. We silence our purpose just to survive.

But deep down, you know this: you weren’t made to just survive. You were made to live. To create. To rise. To shine.

Your purpose doesn’t shout. It doesn’t force itself on you. It waits for quiet. It waits for stillness. It waits for you to listen beyond the fear. And if you never make room for that silence, you’ll never fully hear the call that was meant for you.

Think about the dreams you’ve buried. The things you were passionate about before the world told you they weren’t realistic. That art you stopped creating. That idea you never started. That story you never told. You didn’t abandon them because they weren’t good enough you left them because fear convinced you *you*weren’t.

But here’s the truth: FEAR IS A LIAR.

Fear will always exist. It doesn’t go away. But it doesn’t have to lead. What if you moved forward with the fear, instead of waiting for it to disappear? What if you decided to listen to the still, small voice of purpose even if your hands shake and your voice trembles?

Your purpose deserves a chance. It deserves your attention. And the world deserves to see you fully alive doing the thing you were created to do. Not hiding. Not shrinking. Not settling.

Imagine how different your life could look if you stopped letting fear make your decisions. Imagine what you could build. Who you could become. The lives you could touch.
