How to clean your blood
In a day, a wide variety of toxins and chemicals end up in our blood. These are waste products produced by our own bodies or by chemicals absorbed through the food we eat, the air we breathe, the medicines we consume or the cosmetics we use.
The body has its own detoxification mechanism which constantly filters the blood to eliminate components dangerous to our health. The kidneys, liver, intestines, lungs and skin are the main filtering organs. By eating the right foods we can help our organs filter more toxins from our blood and avoid disease. Here are THE foods to help your body better eliminate toxins:
1. Garlic Raw garlic is rich in sulfur, an essential mineral that helps the body get rid of toxins.
2. Dandelion Rich in antioxidants and other phytonutrients, it helps eliminate toxins from the digestive system as well as free radicals. It stimulates the liver and pancreas to extract toxins from the blood and eliminate them.
3. Apples Full of vitamins, minerals and fiber, apples contain a component that stimulates the production of bile and helps the liver eliminate toxins. They are also very rich in pectin and soluble fiber which help eliminate heavy metals.
