THE RICH DON'T WORK FOR MONEY.
Some months back I read a book on financial literacy titled “Rich dad, Poor Dad” by Robert T. Kyosaki, and the first lesson or should I say rule he taught us was… The rich don't work for money.
I know it kinda sounds vague, because everyone is definitely working to earn money, right? Even the rich are working to keep increasing in wealth.
But Robert's Rich dad who taught him this lesson was right after all, the rich really don't work for money. The rich actually make money work for them.
Every time there's always bills piled up to sort. Oftentimes, my mom complains of how her earnings are not enough to sort out our bills and how much it's affecting her business. Every time, workers are always looking for a better job offer with a higher pay, or working hard to get a promotion.
In the end, they're working for money to pay bills and sort out other liabilities that keep demanding money and not bringing any. That's why by the time most of them retire, they won't have any savings of their own and some would rather be depending on pensions.
However, the rich, they don't work for money. They make money work for them, by investing, buying assets, that will always bring in a return in investment. They let their money do the work, and leave it to bring for them more money. Do you get the lesson now?
You're not complaining about being broke just because you have a lot of bills to sort and liabilities to spend on, but because you're still working for money. To be rich, you need to think like one, and act like them.
Secure for yourself a future of financial security and stability, and build a generational wealth by making money work for you.
Don't ask how or when to get started, because that's what we do here. You should rather say “I want to get started and be one of the rich.”
