The Westminster magistrate issued the order during the appearance of Mr. Ekweremadu and his wife in court for the third time on Thursday.

The Governor-elect of Ekiti State, Biodun Oyebanji, candidate of the All Progressives Congress APC, was declared the winner of the Ekiti State governorship election by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) on Sunday.

Oyebanji polled a total of 187, 057 votes to win the election, and was declared the winner by Prof. Oyebode Adebowale, the INEC returning officer, having certified the requirements of the law.
