REPS CLEAR GBAJABIAMILA IN PFIPC PROBE
The House of Reps Ad Hoc Committee says it found *no evidence that Chief of Staff, Femi Gbajabiamila approved or participated in the activities of the purported Presidential Foreign Intervention Promotion Council, PFIPC.
What the panel found:
1. Gbajabiamila acted fast - Alerted Police, DSS, EFCC, NSA within 24hrs after NIPC raised alarm
2. Documents were fake - Appointment letter, Executive Order, and NASS Act all forged
3. No law backs PFIPC- No Act, Executive Order, or FG approval exists for the organisation
4. ₦400m alleged scam - Company claims it paid Adeyemi who posed as PFIPC DG
5. 58 bank accounts allegedly linked to Adeyemi under 9 different entities
Committee Chairman Yusuf Gagdi said the findings are preliminary. Final report will recommend actions.
