There’s a kind of tiredness sleep doesn’t fix.
This evening, a mom sat quietly on the edge of her bed…
Not because the house was clean.
Not because everything was done.
But because she had reached her limit.
The kids were finally asleep.
The kitchen still had dishes.
Laundry was waiting.
Her phone had messages she didn’t have the energy to reply.
And for a moment… she just sat there.
Not lazy.
Not unserious.
Just overwhelmed.
She whispered to herself, I’ll try again tomorrow.
And that right there?
That is strength most people don’t see.
Because showing up every day even when you feel like you’re falling behind is not weakness.
It’s resilience.
So tonight, if all you did was survive the day…
That’s enough.
Rest.
Breathe.
Tomorrow, you rise again
