*FORGED AGE DECLARATION AND OTHER DOCUMENTS OF USMAN ODODO REVEALED!*

At the Kogi State election petition tribunal in Abuja, it was a shocking turn of events, as evidence of forgery emerged against Usman Ododo of the APC. Documents, including Age declaration and other crucial materials submitted by Ododo to INEC, have been uncovered and proven to be FORGED.

The witness who presented these documents, also included the Age declaration attached to form EC9 of Dino Melaye, Leke Abejide, and Murtala Yakubu Ajaka, to the court for comparison. Upon verification of the authenticity of that of Ododo, the tribunal accepted it as evidence and marked them as exhibits.

If found guilty of this offense by the court, Usman Ododo may face punishment in accordance with Section 463 of the Criminal Code, which stipulates three years imprisonment for forgery.

KOGI ELECTION TRIBUNAL : APC Ordered to Pay Murtala Yakubu Ajaka and His Party, SDP the sum of One Hundred Thousand Naira For Inconsistency.

Kogi State Governorship Election Petition Tribunal, sitting in Abuja has ordered All Progressives Congress (APC) to pay the sum of N100,000 (One Hundred Thousand Naira) in favour of the Petitioners, Murtala Yakubu Ajaka and Social Democratic Party ( SDP)

The tribunal which commenced pre-hearing session this morning at about 9am Wednesday 24th January, 2024 came hard on the 3rd Respondent, All Progressives Congress (APC) legal team for their inconsistency in filling and withdrawing several but similar motions after responses from the Petitioners’s Lawyers.

APC apply for withdrawal of its motion for the second time was not challenged by the lead Counsel to the Petitioners, Chief Jibrin S. Okutepa, SAN, however, he demanded for a cost, having wasted the precious time to respond to the motion. The Tribunal in its rulling, struck out the motion having been withdrawned and ordered cost of of N100, 000.00 (One Hundred Thousand Naira) against APC and in favour of the Petitioners, Murtala Yakubu Ajaka and Social Democratic Party (SDP).

The petition was further adjourned to 31st January, 2024 for continuation of pre-hearing during which pending applications including the APC new motion and other applications to be filed shall be heard.
The chairman added that much time has been spent since the filling of the petition on the 2nd December, 2023 and that the tribunal has two weeks to conclude the ongoing pre-hearing conference and subsequently directed the parties to exchange briefs and other relevant documents before the next adjoined date which is 31st January, 2024, for continuation of pre-hearing conference.
It could be recalled that, Alh Murtala Yakubu Ajaka and the candidate of the Social Democratic Party ( SDP) are challenging the declaration of the All Progressive Congress (APC ) and its candidate Alh Ahmed Usman Ododo as Kogi

1) From MURI no tender his resignation letter within 30 days before joining another party; MURI won.

5) Then attacking MURI front and back, left, right and center and threatening him that he can't enter kogi state, but he toured round the 21 local govt. of the state, MURI won.

6) Burning of MURI properties including his campaign office in Lokoja still, MURI won.

7) Then fallacious lies that all SDP chairmen and zonal chairmen dump SDP for APC it was all lies, MURI won.

8) Killing of innocent souls in the East be came the order of the day, yet MURI pull the highest supporters in the East, MURI won.

9) Another allegations that MURI Deputy has no results, MURI won

10) They wanted the election to be bloody but with God nd MURI intervention securities were everywhere nd they couldn't accomplished there missions, MURI won.

12) They spent millions of naira to win this just concluded Governorship election making INEC to announce them under duress now evidence full everywhere, MURI still won.

16) They said MURI didn't file his tribuna case within stipulated time failed, MURI won.

Now Muri wants the case to be transferred to Abuja and the court complied immediately. They have left them behind 🤣

The Federal High Court, Abuja Division presided over by Hon. Justice I. E. Ekwo has in its judgment delivered today in Suit No. FHC/ABJ/CS/952/2923 ordered Governor Alhaji Yahaya Bello to pay Alhaji Murtala Yakubu Ajaka the Sum of N500,000,000. 00 (Five Hundred Million Naira) only for the violation of his Fundamental Right.

Also, the Court ordered Governor Yahaha Bello to tender public apology to Alhaji Murtala Yakubu Ajaka and same must be published/aired in print and electronic media.

Ayingba Killings: The real Story.

Some times ago Abass Killed a thug loyal to the APC group led by Madigba. Abass left town for a long time.

Prince Ishaq the Leader of thugs in Dekina LGA took Abbas Last week to the Governor place and the Governor mandated Prince Ishaq to beg the Madigba group to forgive Abbas. They agreed and the Governor gave Abbas a new Car, a New Gun and Huge sums of Money to terrorize and kill SDP supporters.

Yesterday was his first trip to Kogi East where they all met at Ankpa. On their return from Ankpa, Madigba and his group trailed Abbas and Killed him. Shagari Ojiji the ward Chairman of Iyale ward was driving behind them and was also mistakenly shot by The Madigba group. He wasn't the target. Collateral damage. Shagari Ojiji was recruited by Achile the Councillor representing Iyale ward to unleash mayhem on SDP supporters.
Unfortunately they all didn't leave to witness the election. The Ancestors of Igala Land will continue to fight and pick them one by one.
