It's easy to lose yourself in the process. Mindful motherhood is about finding balance and peace in the midst of chaos.
Treat yourself with kindness and understanding, be compassionate to yourself. Make time for activities that nourish your mind, body, and soul.
Make sure you take breaks when you need them, find a way to make it possible, you are a human.
Focus on the moment, rather than worrying about the past or future (school fees don dey worry you abi?)
Connect with your children, engage them in activities that will strengthen your bond and closeness with them.
Surround yourself with people who uplift and support you, people you can rant to freely and meditate.
Mindful motherhood is a journey, not a destination.
