This is an old fashioned chiffon cake it is tall and fluffy while being soft and springy. It is delicious on its own, topped with powdered sugar or cream of your choice. Sift flour, granulated sugar and baking powder into a mixing bowl then give it a quick whisk, set it aside. Separate 7 egg whites....
