My August Mandate.

Activities:

- Going big into lead generation both organic and paid

- Budgeted N200k for Paid traffic (Facebook, Influencer etc.)

- Not to Miss any Sunday Business School for Month of August

- Provide 2x information value that aren't rampant

Sales:

Good News 😊

Yesterday I closed a deal that pleased me, and I’m fronting an interview for another deal.

Deal: $2K Monthly Contract on Upwork

The interview took a long time because I had to reject the initial offer that comes with a retainer promise of $30k/yearly deal.

It was damn ambiguous.

I was like let take it gently, one step at a time, and here we are settling at $2k monthly with well structured KPI of my client expectations weekly.

I think the major challenge or set back most people face is not the idea generation.

Not 90% the implementation, but actually the resources (skills, funds etc) needed to get it done.

So not many people can become a business leader.

Why?

Because they don't have the necessary skills or resources, and they think funding is their problem.

Not really.

Their problem is skills, they need to SKILL UP..

I became a Successful Upwork Freelancer within the space of 1year, earning over $5k.

I then created a business out of it.

Instead of following tradition, hosting Upwork MASTER-CLASSES.

I decided to create a STARTUP, which comply with the SDG goals 🙌

Just during the beta launch of the platform we have over 90users, and have made over N1.1M in revenue

The idea was invented.

The skills were available, due to I posses 90% of the skill needed to develop my idea (marketing, organizing, developing, planning, designing, contents etc)

The funding came through pre -marketing to generate funds to fuel the idea and more.

Well,

I have another startup in mind coming up when my freelancing startup has attain stability.

I got the idea through breezing through already made Themes on THEME FOREST.

Oh my God, if you're an entrepreneur, by the moment you come across different script, themes, ideas is supposed to run through you.

But the big question is.

My Freelance journey started 2021/2021 and it’s my greatest learning phase.

However, the payout image mark my first payout from Upwork in 2024 working as a freelancer

When I got this job to work for a client in Netherland weeks back, I shared it to us.

Well, I just cashout my first pay.

Upwork has being a very good resource to my career, as it enables me source for international client.

A lot of new freelancers have a big misconception about Upwork as a freelance marketplace

Maybe it’s the way some coaches market it to them. 🤷🏾‍♂️

I will be leaving my Family house this Year.

My rent house is almost done to my taste 👅

Here’s my candid advice to my fellow young stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️

1/ Life Plan

Don’t live a random life, ensure you have a plan so that it will reduce peer influence.

Don’t live to catchup with ur friends, buddies, colleagues, but live on your own terms and vision of life.

Above all live a fulfilled life 🥰

2/ Budget

There’s no successful man that doesn’t budget, one easy way to loose your manhood is by not budgeting.

The manhood of a man is his pocket, budget ur pocket so that u don’t give out more than u wanted to.

Men are givers, spenders by default thus making it easy for us to go broke, and budgeting is the remedy to stay liquid.

3/ Save

A man must take risk if he want to be more than himself, however it’s not safe for a man to fall backwards.

A man should always fall forward because no one truly loves or care for a man who cannot provide for himself.

Thus, every man should prioritize saving for the unknown, so there’s something to fall forward to.

If u don’t prepare how u land when u fall, u won’t like where u will land when u fall.

4/ Invest

You can’t be rich via savings. But that doesn’t make saving OBSOLETE

To be rich, you have to invest, savings is there to ensure you don’t feed on ur investment.

You must invest your way to riches.

Invest in crypto, real estate, mutual funds, businesses etc.

5/ Be Disciplined

If you are not disciplined, you will not achieve your goals and you will not achieve your dream life.

The distance between where you are now and where you want to be measured by how disciplined you are.

The journey is a long one, and it’s achievable by AGE.

6/ Put Yourself First

I put myself first above everyone in my life because if I’m not there - I will still be forgotten.

If you break down, you as well become useless to the people you want to care for or assist.

7/ Don’t rush

Don’t be in a hurry to catchup with peers

Don’t be in a hurry to leave family house

Don’t be in a hurry to buy a car

Don’t be in a hurry to build a house

If u have a Plan, then they will be no need to rush.

This should touch someone out there.
