That is way too much if you ask me.

Even if you eat half of it

You have consumed 600 calories

For just one Meal

What about what you will eat in the Afternoon and night

What about the snacks you will take during the day?

But if you use your measuring cup to get 1 cup of cooked white Rice and eat it

You only ate 205 calories.

Have you seen that it is way healthier to eat white rice than indomie?

Ok you Still do not get it

Let us say your body need 2000 calories daily

In the Morning you eat one bellefull (1200 calories)📌📌
