Ahh, NEPA said, “Let’s see how serious you are.” 😅

I snoozed my 5:55 alarm.
The sleep became 100 times sweeter.
Before I knew it, the “early gym” plan had turned into a “let me just lie here small” situation.

By 10:02, I was still not at the gym.
The only reason I got up was because my gym friend called me, like,
“Where you dey?”

And honestly… that call saved the day.

This content life no be beans.
This discipline life too? Also, not beans.

But today reminded me of something:
a bad start does not have to become a bad day.

I almost skipped.
I got off track.
I didn’t feel on fire.
But I showed up anyway.

Day 2, and we’re already collecting character development 😭

I’ve avoided this for years.

I can direct people. I can make anyone look confident on camera.
But the moment the lens turns on me… I stall.

I tell myself “I’ll start tomorrow”
Tomorrow turns into months.

This morning I woke up and realized something simple:
nothing changes if I keep hiding.

So this is Day 1.
Not polished. Not smooth. Just honest.

Hit record. Stumbled through it. Didn’t die.

Then I went to the gym right after… because I’m done negotiating with myself.

It’s the same pattern, isn’t it?
The one thing you know will change your life… is the one thing you keep avoiding.
