Lagos Agency, Hon. Temitope Adewale To Hold Town Hall Meeting On Ending Technology-Facilitated Gender-Based Violence

The Lagos State Domestic and Sexual Violence Agency, in collaboration with Hon. Adewale Temitope Adedeji, OON, member representing Ifako-Ijaiye Constituency 01 in the Lagos State House of Assembly, will host a community town hall meeting focused on ending technology-facilitated sexual and gender-based violence (TFSGBV) in Ifako-Ijaiye Local Government Area.

The town hall meeting will take place on Monday, December 1, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., at Hon. Temitope Adewale’s Constituency Office, located at 5/7 Ajuwon Road, Eliot Bus Stop, Ifako-Ijaiye, Lagos.

The engagement aims to raise awareness, educate residents, and strengthen community-driven efforts to combat the rising cases of tech-enabled abuse.

Men and women between the ages of 18 and 45 are encouraged to attend, as the conversation will address practical steps for identifying, preventing, and responding to technology-driven forms of sexual and gender-based violence.

*Face of Help Visit to All Saints (Inclusive) Primary School, Agege- Deacon Omole*

The Face of Help Initiative has continued her good deeds to the special pupils of All Saints (Inclusive) Primary School, Agege.

The kind gesture of providing writing materials and others to pupils of public primary schools under Ifako-Ijaiye Education Authority took a special dimension as the team led by Deacon Banjo Omole went to the inclusive school in Agege which comprises of children with special needs.

Despite the pupils going on holiday same week, the team provided materials to help them continue learning and have a productive holiday.

The Head Teacher, Mrs Hassan was glad to have the team and prayed God to always come through for them.

On the team were Mrs Adebambo, Mr. Ademola Amao, Barrister Benjamin Adesanya, Mr. Adedayo Ojomo and Sunday Obanubi.
