Representing the Chief Judge of Ebonyi State Judiciary, His Lordship, Justice Sylvester Ngene, Hon. Justice Njoku extolled Mgbada as "a good bar man, a patriot, and a man with the legacy of honor and industry." The gathering included a diverse assembly of wigs, from seasoned veterans to the younger legal minds, creating a vibrant tapestry of legal expertise.

Notable figures in attendance were three former Chief Justices of Ebonyi State, Justices Paul Elechi, Aloy Nwankwo, and Anselm Nwigwe, along with Justice Friday Ogazi of the Federal High Court.
