GRACE FOR OBEDIENCE (cont'd.)
"For God did not give us a spirit of fear, but of power and love and self-discipline." - 2 Timothy 1:7

Obedience requires courage and self-discipline. But with God's grace, we can overcome fear and doubt. Today's scripture reminds us that God's Spirit empowers us to live a life of obedience.

Application
1. *Rely on God's power*: Trust in God's strength, not your own, to obey His will.
2. *Practice self-discipline*: Develop habits that help you follow God's commands.
3. *Walk in love*: Obey God's commands out of love for Him and others.

GRACE FOR OBEDIENCE
"If you love me, keep my commands." - John 14:15

Obedience is a demonstration of our love for God. When we obey His commands, we show our trust and faith in Him. Today's scripture reminds us that obedience is not just about following rules, but about loving God and wanting to please Him.

Application:

"Draw near to God, and He will draw near to you." - James 4:8

To experience God's love deeply, we need to draw near to Him. Intimacy with God is key to feeling His love shed into our hearts.

Cultivating Intimacy with God
Let's prioritize time with God daily. Delibrately set aside quiet moments to pray, reflect, or simply sit in His presence. Ask Him to reveal His love to you. As you draw near, expect His love to fill your heart.

Prayer
Dear Lord, help me to draw near to You and experience Your love in a deeper way. Give me a heart that longs for intimacy with You.
