This is the new law that the National Assembly led by Godswill Akpabio passed

LEGAL NOTICE – 2025 CYBERCRIMES ACT NOW IN FORCE

The Federal Government has officially enacted the Cybercrimes Bill into law, meaning all provisions contained in the Cybercrimes (Prohibition, Prevention, etc.) acts are now fully enforceable and binding across the country.

Everyone—especially online users, content creators, and administrators of digital platforms or social media groups—must take note of the following key provisions:

Just so you know

While you slept

A bill that recognizes the sultan and the ooni as the two major heads of all traditional rulers in Nigeria, just passed second reading

Hausa People Reject Senate Bill Elevating Only Sultan of Sokoto and Ooni of Ife as Co-Chairmen of National Traditional Rulers Council.

The Hausa people, joined by concerned voices from across Nigeria, firmly reject the recent bill passed for second reading by the Nigerian Senate which seeks to establish a National Council of Traditional Rulers naming only the Sultan of Sokoto and the Ooni of Ife as permanent co-chairmen.

This bill is ethnically biased, historically misleading, and constitutionally indefensible. Nigeria is not a two-ethnic federation of Fulani and Yoruba. It is a multi-ethnic republic where equal representation, historical truth, and federal character must be respected.

1. The Sultan of Sokoto Is a Religious Leader Not a Traditional Ruler in the Cultural Sense

The Sultan of Sokoto is officially recognized as the “Sarkin Musulmi” Leader of Muslims not as a traditional king in the ethnic or cultural sense. His authority centers around:

Declaring moon sightings for Ramadan and Eid;

Representing Islamic religious interests nationally;

Acting as patron of Miyetti Allah, a Fulani cultural organization.

His legitimacy is thus religious and Fulani-specific, not cultural or ethnic. He does not represent the Hausa people, nor the broader traditional institutions of northern Nigeria. The Sultan himself openly declared:

“I am Fulani through and through. If there is life after death, I would choose to return as Fulani.”

That statement is a proud affirmation of Fulani identity not Hausa, not Kanuri, and certainly not neutral. Therefore, elevating the Sultan to permanent national traditional leadership is both misleading and exclusionary.

If religious authority is the basis for this elevation, then Christian leaders, such as the President of the Christian A

This African tribe, known for their unique feet, aka the ‘Ostrich Feet Tribe.’ And the world's earliest known socks, originating from Ancient Egypt, strangely look like their feet.

Investigator Jimmy Corsetti points out a strange and curious coincidence. He talks about the Vadoma tribe in Zimbabwe, also known as the "Ostrich Feet Tribe" because some of them are born with only two toes on each foot, which makes their feet look like ostrich feet. This condition is genetic and runs in their tribe.

He then brings up something else unusual — the world’s oldest known socks. These ancient socks come from Egypt and were designed to be worn with sandals.

What’s odd is that these socks have a split toe design, almost like they were made for feet that aren't shaped in the usual five-toe way.

He doesn’t say there’s a direct connection between the tribe and the socks, but he finds it interesting that both the Vadoma people and the ancient Egyptians are from Africa, and both involve strange foot-related things.

He leaves it at that, just hinting at a possible mystery without making any strong claims.

Why You Should Lock Your SIM Card

Enabling a PIN lock on your SIM card is crucial for protecting your financial and personal information, especially if you use USSD banking services. Here’s why:
1. Prevent Unauthorized Transactions: If your phone is stolen, a thief can remove your SIM card and use it in another device to access USSD banking, SMS OTPs, and bank alerts.
2. Protect Contacts and SMS: SIM cards store sensitive information like contacts and messages. Without a lock, anyone with your SIM has access to this data.
3. Avoid Loan Fraud: Criminals could not only drain your account but also take loans linked to your bank account via USSD.

Note: Your phone lock (password, fingerprint, or face ID) doesn’t secure your SIM card.

How to Lock Your SIM Card

Before starting, ensure you have your SIM’s PUK code. The PUK (Personal Unlocking Key) is needed if you forget your SIM PIN or enter it incorrectly multiple times. It’s usually available on your SIM card pack or from your network provider.

For Android Users:
1. Go to Settings > SIM Manager.
2. Select More SIM Settings > SIM Card Security.
3. Enable Lock SIM Card and input the default SIM PIN.
4. Change the default PIN to one of your choice.

For iPhone Users:
1. Open Settings > Cellular > SIM PIN.
2. Toggle on the SIM PIN feature.
3. Enter the default PIN provided by your network.
4. Change it to a secure PIN.

Default SIM PINs for Nigerian Networks:
• MTN: 00000
• Airtel: 1111
• Glo: 0000
• 9mobile: 0000

Stay Safe! Remember, if you lose access to your SIM, you’ll need the PUK to unlock it. You can retrieve the PUK via your SIM pack or apps like MyMTN for MTN users.

Protect yourself today—don’t wait to learn the hard way!

Imagine an aircraft so advanced that it can slip past the world’s most sophisticated defenses—unseen, unheard, and unstoppable.

That’s the B-2 Spirit.

Nicknamed the “Stealth Bomber,” the B-2 is a masterpiece of American engineering and military innovation. Its sleek, alien-looking silhouette is designed to absorb and deflect radar, making it nearly invisible as it glides silently through the night sky.

But what makes the B-2 even more spectacular is its sheer size. Stretching 172 feet (52 meters) from wingtip to wingtip—wider than a Boeing 737 is long—the B-2’s wingspan is as long as half a football field! Its wing-only “flying wing” design doesn’t just look futuristic; it’s a masterclass in stealth, allowing this massive aircraft to sneak past the world’s most advanced defenses as if it were a ghost.

Even from just a few hundred meters away, enemy radar operators are left staring at empty screens, unaware that a B-2 is right above them.

But it’s not just about stealth. The B-2 packs a punch, capable of carrying over 40,000 pounds of precision-guided bombs—including “bunker busters” designed to take out the world’s most fortified targets.

With global range thanks to mid-air refueling, it can launch from the heart of America and deliver a decisive blow anywhere on Earth within hours.

The B-2 isn’t just a plane—it’s a symbol of strategic dominance, a silent guardian that ensures U.S. airpower can reach anywhere, anytime, without warning.
