WHAT IT MEANS TO SEEK GOD!!||

I’m speaking on purposeful pursuit of God like I said, and tonight I just want to lay a few foundations. I believe God will use these foundations to speak to us very definitely in the name of Jesus. To begin with, I’d like to lay a disclaimer because there are different schools of thought in the body of Christ. Usually when theologians hear themes like this, they begin to debate you with new creation realities.

When we speak of the pursuit of God, we are not saying God is running while we are chasing him. Neither are we saying God is lost and we are trying to find him. Glory to God. We understand very clearly that he is in us and we are in him. Colossians 1:26 tells us, “Christ in you is the hope of glory,” and calls it the mystery of this age. We understand perfectly that God is in us and we are in him.

Second Corinthians 5:17 says whoever is in Christ Jesus is a new creature. “Old things are passed away; behold, all things have become new.” In Colossians 2:9 it says concerning Jesus, “In him is the fullness of the Godhead bodily.” And verse 10 says we are complete in him. So we understand that he is in us and we are in him. Nonetheless, Ephesians 1:4 says God has blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ Jesus.

Although we are in him, there are realms in Christ. There are dimensions in Christ. So when we talk about purposefully pursuing God, we are speaking of pressing for dimensions in God that will cause us to walk in the fullness of our ordination. That you are in Christ is not enough. There are realms in Christ, dimensions in Christ, layers of possibilities in Christ. If you don’t press to access those layers, you will never get them.

This is an intentional dealing with God to access all of the dimensions of God that you require for the fulfillment of your destiny. In God’s dealings with us, especially in his benevolence as touching the things he makes available to us, there are three forces that regulate them. Number one is the force of obligation. God is Father, and so as Father there are things he makes available to us even when we don’t desire them or seek him.

I have two very little boys, one is three and the other just turned one today. They don’t even know they need clothes. In fact, when you want to put clothes on them, they fight you. When they are hungry, they just scream. You have to discern that this cry is hunger and give them food. They won’t afford you the luxury of saying “I want food.” As Father, it’s my obligation to provide for them. But if they remain like that for years, it means they are not growing well.

So God will deal with you from the place of his obligation as Father. But that’s not all. There is also a second realm where God deals with you based on love. He will gift you things because he loves you. Romans 8:32 says if he did not withhold his only begotten Son but gave him freely for us, how shall he not with him give us all things? So there are things God will give you because he loves you.

But when it has to do with your destiny, most of the things of destiny are an entrustment. You need to qualify to have them. Although grace has made them available, you must demonstrate maturity, desire, and pursuit to access them. This separates Christians into cadres. Paul speaking in 1 Corinthians 15:10 said, “I am what I am by the grace of God. Nonetheless, I labor more than they all.” So everything Paul walked in came by labor under grace.

If you don’t press deliberately and intentionally in your pursuit of God, there are many dimensions you will hear of but never touch. Grace has made them available, but do you have sufficient hunger for those dimensions to come to you? Do you have sufficient desire for those realms to open to you? This is why we have come here tonight. Purposeful pursuit of God requires deliberateness and intentionality. In your pursuit of God, there must be purpose attached to it, there must be deliberateness attached to it, and there must be intentionality attached to it.

HOW TO BE A GREAT AND ATTRACTIVE LADY THIS 2026

The only thing in some ladies' head is how to get married- no more! They look it, smell it, talk it, sing it, dance it till they become totally unattractive!

Life is more than getting married! You are here to fulfill destiny, let someone who has similar destiny find you and together you form a great team in marriage, do you get it?

That's the primary reason God says we should marry not just wearing wedding ring and go show all our village people we have arrived!

In 2026, you must not waste away as you have been doing in the past.

It's time to live and work towards the greatness you are destined for!

1. HAVE A VISION FOR 2026
What do you want to have achieved by December 2022? Who says you can't be a great author, successful entrepreneur, successful business owner, best overall student in your class/school or get promoted at work? Who says you can't be a millionaire?

2. LET GO OF MEDIOCRITIES
Ladies who make friends with gossips have very small minds and going no where to happen in the next few years! If you must be great, you must associate with people who have a great future and are working towards achieving their dreams.

3. STOP WASTING TIME
If you spend all your time watching movies or p**n, forget greatness! It is not for time wasters. There is no idle time for high achievers and flyers! Every spare time is used for doing something meaningful with their lives!

4. TALK GREAT!
Make positive confessions! If you always count yourself among the masses and believe no one can become great in your country, you have put yourself in the prison of your own mind. There are young millionaires in thesame country! There are people making clean billions in this same economy, same Nigeria. People are still buying cars! They still buy airtime! Millions of satchets of pure water are still consumed daily! Bags of rice are being sold daily. Someone is making all the money! To count yourself among failures and go about confessing it is to be doomed to a life of poverty and shame forever!
Be among the few exceptions making it!

5. LOOK GREAT!
I didn't say look expensive! Wear whatever you have with dignity and honor. Be confident of the greatness you carry. Carry yourself with confidence. Talk like a great woman who knows where she is going. Always have a beautiful, confident smile on your face! Have faith in the God of heaven and earth and strongly believe in His power to take you to your promise land.

You shall make it!

Success is yours in Jesus' name!

Thanks for reading. God bless you. Cheers!

Today we celebrate 38 years of covenant, consistency, love, and kingdom impact.
38 years of walking together in purpose.
38 years of standing together in faith.
38 years of building not just a home, but a legacy of ministry, service, and spiritual leadership.

This is a testimony that love can be deep, faith can be strong, and commitment can endure — when God is at the center. Through seasons, through challenges, through victories, you have remained anchored in Christ and united in purpose.
This is a living proof that marriage is not just a union of hearts, but a partnership for destiny. A covering for generations. A platform for God’s glory.

ONE OF THE EASIEST WAY TO BE HAPPY IN YOUR MARRIAGE, IS TO FORGIVE AND LET GO.
REV FUNKE FELIX ADEJUMO.

It is not every fight that you should fight, it is not every talk that you should be reacting to, because reacting to those things, is a sign of immaturity.

Marriage is a relationship between two forgivers, so most times, overlook and forgive some certain things that happens in marriage and also stop bringing up the past.

Most of you bear grudges as if there is no tomorrow, one of the crucial way to maintain a happy home, is to forgive and also forget, so stop bringing up the past because it won't benefit you, rather it will end up destroying your home.

The best way to also maintain peace in the home is by being humble. Ladies, even if you don't kneel down to greet your husband, but at least show some respect. There is no honor you should give to anybody without first giving it to your husband, not even spiritual leaders or secular leaders, it doesn't matter because the one that needs your respect the most is your husband.

Most times, get a pet name for your spouse, because it spices your relationship or marriage, so at times, call him or her sweet names, make them feel special, make them feel that they are wanted.

Ladies, there is no man you will treat like a king, that won't treat you like a king, so if you want to be treated like a queen, try to treat your husband like a king.

Never dishonor your husband in the presence of a third person or in the presence of your children. There is a level of blessing that will come into your life as a married woman, if you honor your husband.

I enjoyed every bit of my marriage and I am still enjoying because I honored my husband, so there is indeed a blessing to every lady that honors her husband.

BE SENSIBLE AND DON'T TELL EVERYTHING YOU KNOW || PASTOR CHRIS

Understand that Satan doesn’t know what you see, until you tell him; he doesn’t know everything. When he hears about what you see, then he starts scheming how to work out a plan to try to stop you. There’re people who, because they couldn’t keep certain things to themselves, lost the beautiful idea they received from the Spirit. Once they got the idea for something, they started telling people about it, and Satan got wind of it and devised means to stop the idea from materializing. Don’t give him that chance.
“Be sensible and don’t tell everything you know….” Don’t always tell your plans to non-Christians. Whatever idea God gives you, get started with it first before talking about it; or else you may never start. It’s not because the people that know about your vision or even the devil can stop you; no. It’s because there’s a spirit that works with them; they may exude a certain kind of negativism that could dampen your zeal for what God wants you to do, if you’re not careful.
So, be spiritually smart. The Bible says, “Watch your words and hold your tongue; you’ll save yourself a lot of grief” (Proverbs 21:23 MSG)

TODAY WE HAVE PREACHERS WHO ARE NOT SAVED.

-Bishop David Oyedepo

GOD’S PLAN AND HOW TO ACCESS THEM FROM THE WORD

We are redeemed to have eternal life, that is the God-kind of life. He came to give us eternal life – Romans 6:23; John 3:16
But to access and to sustain that plan, one must first have to repent. No appropriation. One must personally repent. This becomes important because a number of young people today were born in the midst of this wave of revival. There are a quite a number of our Pastors in this Ministry who were born in this Ministry, they were born here. So it is possible to appropriate salvation:
“My father is saved. My mother is saved. They are living a good life, I am also saved by extension”: There is no such things. You can’t access eternal life based on the standing of your parents with God.

Parents should please mind this: Don’t assume that they are saved because you are saved. Consciously lead them to salvation.
All our children were blowing in tongues before they went to Secondary School. Consciously so, deliberately so, no assumption.
The child you say, “Come”
Child’s response: “What, for what?” is not saved yet. Don’t beat him. Lead him to salvation or take him to a Pastor, “help me rewire this person by the Word.”
None of our biological children ever said No to my instructions and I am speaking before the Lord Most High.
Until something changes in you, nothing can change around you. There must be an internal change which comes through genuine repentance.
Some fellows are now Christians but they are still thieves. What kind of Christianity?
They still lie openly and genuinely. They know they are lying and they are enjoying it: nothing has changed inside.

Today you can be a Preacher without being saved. Without being saved, there was Priscilla and Aquila: they were very smart preachers but they knew nothing about the baptism of Christ –
So it is possible. I heard a Teacher many years ago, his mouth was so sweet. I said, “this man will make a great preacher”, but he wasn’t saved. He wasn’t near the Kingdom.
It’s not about capacity to motivate people. Are you saved?

It is impossible to access eternal life without repentance, with fruits of repentance to show Sir – Matthew 3:8
I love Heaven. It is real. Thank You Jesus.

Nothing in the Kingdom works except for the redeemed. The dead don’t need prophecies, so they can’t see them fulfilled. Let’s examine our ways and return unto the Lord.
You know people used to say in those days, “somehow, somehow, children of Pastors are just anyhow.”
You know the Pastors were anyhow themselves, why won’t their children be anyhow?
Let’s take no more chances. Let’s face the reality.
What shall we do? He said, “repent” – Acts 2:38
You shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost to validate you have repented. Every truly saved soul receives the baptism of the Holy Ghost without stress.
As Peter was speaking these things, they turn their hearts to God and they were all baptised in the House of Cornelius - Acts 10:44
One substantive evidence of salvation is the gift of the Holy Ghost.

However to sustain eternal life, we must remain fervent on the prayer altar: watch and pray or you get drowned - Matthew 26:41

We must be thirsty for the Word - Isaiah 55:1, 10-11
Be thirsty for My Word. Feed your newborn spirit with life and you will sustain eternal life.

Flee from everything that displeases God consciously, deliberately and by sanctification, we sustain the wondrous gift of eternal life.
-No one here shall miss his place in Heaven.

The Future of the Church.

The future of the Church is very important. The devil hates the Church. The Church is hated by secularists—the educational systems, the various forms of media, and the different groups and organizations that are humanist oriented.
America's young people today have grown up not being taught to respect the Church. Many of them have never been inside a church. But I believe that now is the time for us to strike aggressively against the devil, against sin, against every enemy of righteousness, against everything that is against God. This means reaching out to young people with strong church programs and events that will attract them. A church that does not have a vision to reach and hold onto its youth is not being militant.

There’s a Nigerian Pastor who did something uncommon that helps him keel the flesh and quest for material possessions.

He runs one of the largest denominations in Nigeria. But every 7 years, he moves to a new city or country to open a new branch of his Church.

He would stay there for 7 years; teaching, raising leaders and disciplining them. When his 7-year tenure there comes to an end, he would move to another city or country.

Here’s where it gets interesting.

When moving to a new city or country, he takes nothing with him. He instructs his mega branches not to send a dime to his personal account and they obey that.

A time came that he moved to Ghana to open a branch of his Church there. On arrival, he had only $100 left.

What can $100 do for a General Overseer with branches all over the world? Even as an individual, $100 can barely take care of my weekly expenses. But this man soaked it up and kept trusting God.

He would go out, preach and return to his apartment with only bread to eat.

If he turned hunger to fasting and prayer at the early days of his ministry, it can be understandable but at that height in his ministry, that’s a huge sacrifice.

Every day, he lives as though he’s an upcoming minister who’s passionately devoted to his calling.

A day came, he visited one of his long-serving Pastors in his branch in Ikeja—a very big branch.

He announced to the entire Church that from today henceforth, he has handed over the leadership and ownership of this branch to the resident Pastor.

The land, the Church building, equipment, money in the bank, members and everything now belongs to the resident Pastor. He added that if you still wish to stay under his ministry, a new branch will be opened in another part of Ikeja but if you wish to stay under your resident Pastor, the name of the Church is now changed.

What a great way to settle, release and commission a Pastor who served him selflessly and passionately.

The last time I met with this Resident Pastor was when he came to Aba to open a branch of the Church for his principal. He opened the Church, moved it to the permanent site before he was transferred to Lagos.

In a society where people want you to serve their own ministry forever and leave with nothing, it’s okay to celebrate anyone who dares to be different.

In case you still don’t know who I’m talking about here, let me come out plain.

The name of the General Overseer is Pastor David Ogbueli and the name of his Church is Dominion City. The name of the Resident Pastor he handed over the Ikeja branch of his Church to is Rev Dubus Achufusi.

Why am I sharing this?

It’s not every time viral news about the Church in Nigeria and Africa at large should be centred on scandals, doctrinal arguments and attacks on prayers. We should not act like we are not seeing great but humble men making sacrifices that are rare.

10 SIMPLE WAYS TO MAKE YOUR MARRIAGE STRONGER.

1. When you wake up...no matter how short or long the marriage is, kiss her
good morning DON'T GREET HER!

2. When he comes home...DON'T SIT DOWN, wake up and meet him at the door, a hug and/or kiss and ask how his day was....he spent most of it trying to make sure you guys have food in the house.

3. Before you sleep, PRAY TOGETHER AS A FAMILY, and in your prayers, always thank God for your spouse and for his/her love and dedication to the family.

4. Daily no matter how tired you are, spend a few minutes to discuss how the day was what challenges you both met and how you handled the situation.

5. Find a moment to encourage each other from scriptures. If you can get a devotional guide, let each person handle a day of the week including kids (if they can)

6. Just because you married her, life does not stop. At least once a month, take her out to dinner, spend the evening just the two of you outside the house eating and talking-just the same way you tried convincing her to marry you.

7. Be proud of your husband/wife. Walk together holding hands, text during the day...your wife/husband should be your best friend, so those stuff you talk to your friends, include your spouse, ask silly questions like what are you having for lunch? What would you like for supper? Can i get you anything? Did you get to work? Oh i just called to say i miss you....Have you left work? etc...

8. People get scared to talk about this but s*x does destroy marriages.
SATISFY your husband/ wife s*xually..it is a gift that can be perfectly enjoyed in holy matrimony...its not a sin when you are married. So stop feeling guilty and make sure your s*x life is completely satisfied and enjoyed by the two of you.
Do not give room for your spouse to be tempted s*xually outside of marriage because in it you cannot give in.

9. Everyday never forget to say you love your husband/ wife at least 5times. Saying i love you, never gets boring, it never gets rhetorical it never hurts for someone to hear. "its a delicious meal, i love you"
"wow, you came early....i love you swry"
"will you please get some bread as
you come? I love you"
"good night my love"

"wakey wakey swry time for breakfast love"

10. Never go to bed angry, solve those arguments with love. Fight all you can but at the end, remember to pray together, pray for your love and marriage and the goodnight has to have
"i love you". Always remember a family that prays together stays together.

God bless our homes.

40 Days of Fasting and Prayer

We enter this sacred season under the theme Combating Witchcraft, with a clear call to discipline, consecration, and spiritual focus. Fasting is more than abstaining from food; it is the alignment of body, soul, and spirit with God’s divine agenda.

This journey demands intentional prayer, a worshipful atmosphere, and a conscious separation from distractions that dull spiritual sensitivity. As we submit our bodies through fasting and our hearts through prayer, the Lord releases strength, clarity, and spiritual authority.

These guidelines are established to keep believers strong, focused, and spiritually receptive throughout the forty days. As you observe them faithfully, expect the works of darkness to be dismantled and divine purpose to find full expression.

This is not routine; it is a call to the altar.

Before we run, we wait.
Before we speak, we listen.
Before we build, we pray.

The 21-day encounter begins!
