"Agidi" or Corn Jellos, is that very famous starchy Nigerian food made by boiling a paste of fermented maize meal or flour. It is a near staple, across Nigeria.

Now, in the last couple of weeks, one man, MOSES ETENG, a Cross Riverian, in Akwa Ibom State, has drawn thunderous applause from netizens and the larger public for braving the odds and carving a niche for himself with his near seamless making and marketing of 'Agidi'.
