That it helps AIDS sufferers to overcome loss of appetite and also as a pain reliever. To a viable school of thought the heavy ma*****na users score much lower standard mental tests.
Examination of the lungs revealed that some smokers suffer cell damages. In addition immune cells from the lungs of smokers are found to 29 to 30% less capable of fighting bacteria than cells from the cigarette smokers. Some advocate who called for legalising planting of these w**d have limited success of legal restrictions.

They would expect poor men to shiver and quake at his sight.Unfortunately, only very few so called lowly folks realise this and so instead of counting their blessing and smiling, they tend to mourn their station through unnecessary interpersonal comparison. Policy decisions invariably affects the lives of the weak,the poor, the ill-priviledged and the socially deprived. Such decisions must be subject to an attitude of carelessness. A sound policy decision should be able to stand a test of time and should not be a trial-and-error affair.You must study and analyse the merits and demerits of any particular policy position before the final endorsement is made.If not,ill-baked policy decisions could be disastrous.
Any formulation of any of it,should be entrusted with individuals who have the expertise.No one can arrogate to himself or herself any complete foolproof knowledge of right policy decisions.Your failure to detect the cracks in policy proposition, it is bound to stumble. Overall interest of our society must always be observed.

THE CORRUPTED LOCAL POWER ELLITES

The only thing that Nigeria nation has gained since independence is a local bourgeois elites at home. The benefits of education remain out reach of several under privileged Nigerians. These local elements have place their personal selfish interests above the welfare of their people. Greedy local men are making fortunes out of human misery. Our enemies are also within ourselves, among ourselves.
There are hunger,illiteracy and ignorance. They are also our kinsmen especially the politicians in league with imperialism. Processed and trained in the tradition of European educational institutions, their outlook, methods and instincts come from that training. They have the same ideas,social etiquette, charity work,political matters,private manners and public morals as do their alter egoes.
They share the same contempt, bribed and corrupted in a hurry to grow rich on the fruits of office before the under nourished thousands demand a reckoning. They are nauseating imitators of the mos decadent and parasitic classes in the west. They feel that by bolstering the traditional rulers in order to ensure the continuation of backwardness and ignorance.

About our society of today

The basic issue in the world today is between two principles; Individualism and collectivism. The fundamental problem confronting the contemporary world is the role of mind in man's existence. The basic conflict of our age is not merely political or economical but moral and philosophical.
An inevitable corollary of this problem is the redefinition of public morality and the formulation of a new ethics of rational self interest.
The only solution to this problem is to revive the basic principles of laissez-faire capitalism. The difficulty with with capitalism is that it has always lacked any sort of sufficient philosophical justification or moral defense.
As a resurgent tide in our society the political principles have been fully understood. The perfunctory advocate of this ideology holds a position of leadership. Because of his cracking ideological foundation he is bound to breed millions of conservatives that will stifle independent thinking against this ideology. This resulted to how our government now has right to control the lives of the citizens in any manner it pleases.
