To change the narrative of West and Central Africa being the region with the lowest immunization coverage in the world, UNICEF in collaboration with it's goodwill ambassadors from the music and movie industries, came together from Chad, Mali, Cameroun and Nigeria to produce a song– "NoMoreZeroDose song" to drive awareness, ensure that no child misses out on life-saving vaccines and to inspire action for immunization.

She is the epitome of a living legend. Revered in the Nigerian fashion circles and UK fashion circles where she trained professionally as a designer, Shade Thomas-Fahm, the woman credited with owning the first boutique in Nigeria turns 91 today! Her message in 1960 when she returned to Nigeria remains the same today; to encourage Nigerians to wear clothes made from locally made fabrics like a*o oke, adire and more.
At 91, she has not veered from that path. The beat goes on; even as she has published a book of Yoruba proverbs to her credit.
