You never leave the house without giving your spouse a hug and kiss and saying, "I love you".
You always serve breakfast on bed
You always put his laundry away for him.
You always check on her
That is, until you're offended or angry.
Then suddenly, you go out of your way to withhold those little things that say "I love you", afterall, they mustn't think you've forgotten their misdeed and that all is well.
But the more we withhold the little messages of love that we send to our loved ones everyday just to maintain a beef or make a point, we run the risk of them feeling less and less loved. We run the risk of sending them away from us and into a world that doesn't guarantee to return them to us. We run the risk of letting our last moment together be our worst- deliberately.
We have a choice.
If you ever want them to hear your love loud and clearly, show it in those moments when it's most tempting not to.
Get back to love.

One of the most underestimated risks in business, career growth, and relationships is emotional reactivity.
Not every setback is caused by lack of skill or opportunity. Sometimes, the real trigger is internal ,how we respond when we feel lonely, pressured, misunderstood, or overwhelmed.
In business, emotional decisions can lead us into misaligned partnerships.
In the workplace, reacting instead of responding can damage credibility.
In relationships, emotional hunger can pull us back into patterns we already prayed to leave behind.
Emotions are human but leadership requires awareness.
Not every feeling deserves a reaction.
Not every trigger deserves authority over your next move.
Growth begins when we learn to pause, reflect, and choose wisdom over impulse.
Protect your peace. Guard your progress. Lead yourself first.

Since we got into the new year, it's been a long journey for me, from waking up to activities that drain or humans that disrupt system or even bad News on the Internet. Inorder to protect my peace today,this weekend, I'll be reading a lot to stay mentally enlightened,I Will go out and play snooker and Chess ♟️. Wasting Time... ⏳️

Sometimes you think it's a matter of doing things that are unproductive. I've learned that wasting time is also considering people, places and things that are fruitless. You have to monitor your consideration, because barren thoughts are equivalent to wasted time. This weekend survey your thoughts.

Make necessary decisions and be a steward over your thought-life. Decide that this week is your final consideration for anything mentally reoccurring
that remains short of resolve and/or reward.
