Today and always, we honour the courage and determination of our Biafran heroes. We remember and celebrate the sacrifices of our fathers, mothers, uncles and our friends who fought for our freedom and dignity.

May their legacy live on in our hearts and minds. May their memory be a blessing and inspiration to us all. May their spirit continue to guide and motivate us towards a brighter future for all Biafrans.

Biafra must be free again, for their sakes. ❤❤

HOW CHINA SUPPORTED BIAFRA DURING THE CIVIL WAR

In September 1968, in its first major statement regarding the Nigeria-Biafra war, China declared its support for Biafra in a statement which reads; "...the People's Republic of China fully supports the justified struggle for the liberation of the people of Biafra against the Nigerian government supported by Anglo-American imperialism and Soviet revisionism".

Additionally, China supplied Biafra arms worth some $2m through Tanzania, a close ally of Biafra and infact one of the first countries to grant recognition to Biafra on the African continent.

Even though China didn't grant Biafra the much needed recognition it craved, she has helped Biafra and humanity generally in so many ways that Russia, Britain and USA could never do.

God bless you China!

What can these buy for you currently?

Nigeria is completely finished and it will only get worse until we put a stop to this unholy, unhappy and unworkable union.

We see lots of trolls dragging Mr. Zack Orji for purportedly saying he's from Gabon and not a Nigerian.

Do these ignorant people not know that not every Igbo person is a Nigerian?

If Mr. Zack Orji really said he's from Gabon, there's a very high chance of him being correct because;

▫️ There are many Igbo people who're Gabonese.
▫️The President of Gabon has Igbo roots.
▫️ Gabon took in and sheltered thousands of malnourished Igbo children after the Nigeria-Biafra war and so many of them never returned to Nigeria.

UZBEKISTAN: The cheapest country in the world!

Umunnem, if you see Uzbekistan, your mouth will remain ajar for a very long time. I don't know how I ended up in Africa, let alone the Zoological Republic.

Uzbekistan gained independence from the USSR just in 1991 (about 33 years ago), but the country is heaven on Earth. It is officially known as the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Uzbekistan is now in Central Asia after breaking away from the USSR.

Uzbekistan is pentagonally landlocked in that it is surrounded by 5 landlocked countries (ie Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Afghanistan and Turkmenistan).

Uzbekistan is half the size of Nigeria and most of it's land is a dry desert. Yet, Uzbekistan has pipe-borne water in every household.

It's a very liberal Muslim country where people drink alcohol freely in numerous night clubs.

It is the cheapest country to live in the world. The cost of petrol here is 50 cents per litre.

Uzbekistan makes the best bread in the world and it's bread could last for 2 months without spoiling.

The population is about 35 million and it's capital is Tashkent (Toshkent).

Electricity never goes off in Uzbekistan.

Uzbekistan is rich in crude oil, natural gas, coal and gold. In fact, Uzbekistan is the 4th largest producer of gold in the world.

Uzbekistani women (see pictures) do not wear Islamic Hijab and don't cover their hair or faces.

The average monthly salary in Uzbekistan is $368 USD. However, $40 USD monthly is enough to live a comfortably life in Uzbekistan, making it the cheapest country to live in the world.

Whoever came up with this laughable misrepresentation of facts does not mean well for the people of Rivers State.

This is a deliberate attempt to belittle and conquer the people of Ogba, Egbema, Ikwerre, Etche, Ekpeye and the rest who keep denying their Igbo identity for reasons best known to them.

We can never force anyone to join the Biafran train but an Igbo proverb says; onye chupuru onwe ya n'ugbo asikwala na o bu mmadu mere ya.

When a small Biafran brigade destroyed a whole Nigerian division in less than 3 hours at Abagana 😁

On 31 March 1968, a convoy consisting of 106 vehicles belonging to the Nigerian 2nd Division transporting 6,000 soldiers, as well as armour from Onitsha to Enugu was ambushed and decimated in the town of Abagana by a small unit of Biafran soldiers led by Major Jonathan Uchendu.

Homemade Ogbunigwe rocket missiles were launched by the Biafrans at a tanker truck carrying gasoline which caused an enormous explosion destroying many of the convoy's armoured vehicles and killing a large number of Nigerian troops. 350 tons of Nigerian Army equipment were destroyed or captured by the Biafran troops. After the rocket attack the Biafran soldiers opened fire on the convoy with small arms fire killing many more Nigerian soldiers. It was during this ambush that the Nigerian army suffered the heaviest single loss in the civil war

Two years ago today, Gov. Charles Chukwuma Soludo met with Mazị Nnamdi Kanu at the headquarters of the DSS in Abuja.

This is after Nnamdi Kanu had already spent almost a year in illegal solitary confinement in the DSS dungeons. How time flies!

Mazị Nnamdi Kanu is a prisoner of conscience. He has done nothing to deserve this embarrassing, dehumanizing treatment that the Nigerian State is subjecting him to.

We cannot allow this to continue 💔
