Orji Uzor Kalu: The Most Courageous Igbo Leader

This is what I have been shouting for years; a lone voice in the wilderness, in a society whose collective conscience has been seared with hot iron.

Orji Uzor Kalu (OUK) simply said what every honest Igbo person already knows in their heart but is too afraid, too sentimental, or too politically correct to admit publicly. While others are busy dancing around the truth, hiding behind tribe, emotion, or political ambition, he asked the only question that truly matters:

Who speaks for the victims?

For years, some of us have been warning that you cannot build a moral argument around selective justice. You cannot demand fairness for Nnamdi Kanu while ignoring the thousands who were butchered in cold blood because of the violent machinery he created and sustained. You cannot cry for one man while communities he helped plunge into terror are still burying their dead in silence.

But our people preferred sweet lies to bitter truth. They preferred propaganda to reality. They preferred ethnic solidarity to moral clarity.

Today, one man; OUK; has finally pierced through that fog of mass delusion.

He reminded us that before politics, before sentiments, before agitation, there were lives; real human beings whose blood watered the soil of Igbo land. Businessmen. Students. Soldiers. Mothers. Fathers. Children. Entire communities living under fear, fleeing their ancestral homes, burying loved ones like animals, all because a demagogue turned our land into a playground of terror.

But instead of grief, too many found excuses. Instead of outrage, they found justification. Instead of truth, they clung to lies.

Now that someone with a public profile has had the courage to say what we have been saying, the contrast is clear. This is leadership; not the cowardly silence of those who watched their people die and said nothing, or the hypocrisy of politicians who romanticized a bloody agitation for votes.

If Nnamdi Kanu deserves justice, so do his victims. And until both are acknowledged, we are only fooling ourselves.

OUK spoke with courage. He spoke with conscience. He spoke with the weight of truth.

And for the first time, it feels like someone finally echoed the cry of the forgotten.

HIS willingness to speak the truth even if it means standing alone on one leg.

The attached statement by Senator Orji Uzor Kalu (OUK) is not an easy statement for any igbo leader to deliver.
This attached statement will irritate many Igbos but that will not stop OUK from speaking truth, even in the face of impossible odds.
And this is one of the key reasons i align myself with Senator OUK without apologies.
OUK has said what Peter Obi. Engr Umahi, Hope Uzodinma and other did not and could not say. We must call a spade a spade.
Let me be clear. OUK is not anti-igbo and he has never distanced himself from Ndigbo, to the best of my knowledge. He is a community leader and i have seen him standup, jump, rotate his waist and dance at several igbo cultural events. He has also devoted his resources to thousands of Ndigbos.
But while the MNK agenda generated humongous pedestrian traffic in Igbo land, OUK choose not to be pedestrian. He openly distanced himself from violence and appealed for calm and wisdom. That is what good leaders do.
While his position generated resentment among many igbos, his position proved him to be a nationalist and earn him respect in our hearts.
Leaders must not always follow the crowd. We must follow the truth, wherever it leads us to.
OUK position of non violence on the IPOB subject has been vindicated. Please note strongly that MNK was not sentenced for demanding Biafra. He was sentenced for the violence (terrorism) associated with his call for Biafra.
The OUK i know from a distance is not Nigerian by day and Biafran by night. You will always know where he stands on any issue.
OUK is igbo and i am Yoruba.
OUK is a loyalist and supporter of President Tinubu and i am not a supporter of Tinubu.
OUK is a chieftain of APC but i do not belong to any political party.
BUT the search and love for Truth has attracted me to Agwo turo mbe.

Senator OUK has proven to be a good leader, in my own opinion.
In the point of event that this article receives the attention of Senator OUK, i would like to tell OUK to use the opportunity of his close and personal relationship with President Tinubu to tell Tinubu the truth about the situation in our country, Nigeria.
The truth about insecurity, hunger and the anger in the land. And to use your close relationship with PBAT to deliver benefits to Ndigbo and all Nigerians.

BREAKING: ‘Abia Deserves More,’ Says Mascot Uzor Kalu As He Declares Interest In 2027 Governorship Race

Former Abia State Chief of Staff, Sir Mascot Uzor Kalu (KSJI), has thrown his hat back into the political ring, declaring his interest to contest the 2027 Abia governorship election under the All Progressives Congress (APC).

The declaration, which took place on Saturday at the Abia Progressive Forum (APF) Secretariat in Umuahia, attracted massive crowds of supporters, party leaders, and youth groups drawn from the Reality Organization, the OUK Movement, and the Abia Progressives Forum.
Addressing the jubilant crowd, Kalu declared:
�“Today, I stand in front of all of you and declare my intention to contest for the Abia State governorship ticket under our great party, the All Progressives Congress (APC), in the 2027 elections.

“My mission is simple and straightforward: to unify Abians and build a prosperous and all-inclusive state where opportunities abound for everyone, regardless of political affiliation or social standing.”

The former Abia Chief of Staff, who ran for the same office in 2023 on the platform of the Action Peoples Party (APP) before returning to the APC, said his decision was driven by the burning desire to create an all-inclusive and empathetic leadership that feels the pulse of every Abian.

“Our journey is not about politics as usual; it is a call to serve and restore empathy to leadership. We want to create a leadership that feels the pulse of the people, listens, acts, and gives every Abian, regardless of political affiliation or standing, a reason to once again believe in the promise of our beloved state.”

In his assessment of the incumbent Governor Alex Otti’s administration, Kalu, who acknowledged that some progress has been made, noted that the reality on the ground shows that the progress level is “a far cry from the lofty campaign promises made to Abians by the government.”

While decrying the non-transparency of Otti’s administration, Kalu declared that “Abia and Abians deserve more,” vowing to build a government that leaves no one behind.

“Abia and Abians deserve more. From the people’s yearnings, especially those at the grassroots, the civil servants, the pensioners, the traders, our dear state needs a government built on transparency, accountability, and inclusive progress — a government that serves all and leaves no one behind,” he said.

“Together, we shall leverage Mr. President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Renewed Hope policies to spread the dividends of good governance to the grassroots, empowering our people and uplifting our macro and micro economies,” Kalu added.

With his declaration, Kalu will be a force to reckon with in the race for the Abia APC governorship ticket, possessing all the political and governance credentials that make him the best option for the opposition party to challenge the incumbent Otti’s government.

She is not fine enough to have been African queen,

Nor be the actress she thought she was.

Annie was not with 2Face to build 2Face like RMDs wife remains in background supporting RMD’s other children from earlier dalliances, his career and his total well-being.

Annie is not content with being the wind beneath 2Face wings

She always desired to fly, but her wings were and are not big enough to fly her to the heights she desired,

Her ambitious teenage dreams was “date the finest Plantashun Boiz and be a star”

So she pressured to be the African Queen in the video where there was a girl with abori/bololo/skinhead that screamed “I am the African Queen”. That girl was like a girl from Wakanda. But Annie insisted, so it could be about her.

Chioma is fine as hell, but not fighting to be the main model in Davido’s videos.

Annie did not seek to build 2Face but to use his fame to build herself and her sense of importance.

She must be told before 2Face goes to America to do business or she will ruin him and tear it all down.

2Face manager, according to her own words, felt she was in 2Face way, obstructing his progress

2Face cousin, who doubles as PA has to hide 2Face itinerary from Annie, including traveling abroad.

And 2Face club, when women come to spend money, Annie is known to have fought women at the club, ruining her husband’s investment. The club is non-functional at this time.

If women cannot feel safe from owner’s wife, why will they come?

That is how Annie has pulled the reticent 2Face into reality TV programs, forcing her husband to show his deficiencies in social communication, reality programs that only embarrass him, while giving her the fame she seeks….
