Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own. Matthew 6:34 NIV

Bringing tomorrow’s cares into today is one of the worst self-imposed affliction people suffer from. It is great disservice to yourself to allow tomorrow’s concerns destroy today’s joy. Today’s worry cannot stop tomorrow’s troubles. Every day has its own troubles, and regardless of how much you worry over tomorrow it will still come with its own troubles.
Some people are so worried about tomorrow that don’t live today. Worry robs you of today’s opportunities and weakens you so you cannot effectively take hold of tomorrow’s possibilities.
It’s important to learn to live one day at a time. Address today’s challenges with all the resources at your disposal, while trusting the Lord to take care of tomorrow. If you take good care of today some of the things you fear about tomorrow may never come. Make the most of today and trust God for a better tomorrow.

God has gone ahead of you into your future to make way for you. His grace is sufficient for you today, tomorrow and forever. In God’s hands your future is safe and secure.

May the Lord bless you this week with uncommon favour on every side.
