I am so proud of my dear team arsenal FC.

We played absolutely very well and the ability to handle the intense pressure at this highest stage was all what we needed.

But football doesn't go the way we predicted.

I think the Parisians suffered a lot to win it and they didn't win it very easily they suffered so much to win and that's what I am much proud of, we didn't lose in an open play.

Well done boys we go again another season.

🧠 "The Difference Is The Mindset"

Let me share a short story with you...

Two friends were given the same opportunity.

Both came from the same neighborhood.
Both had the same education.
Both had the same 24 hours in a day.

One day, they both lost their jobs.

The first friend sat down and said:

❌ "Life is unfair."
❌ "Nothing good ever happens to me."
❌ "I guess this is the end."

He spent months complaining and blaming circumstances.

The second friend also felt disappointed.

But he said:

✅ "This is painful, but what can I learn from this?"
✅ "How can I improve myself?"
✅ "Maybe this setback is preparing me for something bigger."

He started learning new skills, meeting new people, and searching for new opportunities.

One year later...

The first friend was still talking about what he lost.

The second friend was talking about what he had built.

The difference wasn't luck.

The difference wasn't talent.

🍽️ “Nothing Can Stop A Person Who Is Hungry For A Better Life”

There is a different kind of energy that comes from someone who is truly hungry for a better life.

Not hungry for attention…
Not hungry for validation…

But hungry for change.
Hungry for growth.
Hungry for success.
Hungry for survival.

A hungry person moves differently.

They think differently.
They sacrifice differently.
They f!ght differently.

Because when someone becomes tired of suffering…

Their mentality changes completely.

Hunger creates determination.

When a person is deeply tired of pov€rt¥, limitation, f@!lur€, or m€d!ocr!ty…

They stop playing with opportunities.

A comfortable person may sleep through chances.

But a hungry person?

They chase every opportunity like their life depends on it.

Because sometimes…

It actually does.

Think about athletes from difficult backgrounds…

Many of them trained harder because they knew f@!lur€ meant returning to struggle.

That hunger became fuel.

Life becomes dangerous when hunger meets discipline.

Because a disciplined hungry person is hard to stop.

They don’t easily quit.
They don’t easily complain.
They don’t easily settle.

Some people were born into comfort…

Others were built by hardship.

And many times…

The people built by hardship become mentally stronger.

Why?

Because pain taught them survival.

A hungry lion hunts differently from a full lion.

That is why desperation for a better future can produce extraordinary effort.

The world often underestimates hungry people.

People laugh at their struggles…
Ignore their dreams…
Mock their ambition…

Until one day…

Their hard work starts producing results nobody can ignore.

Hunger is powerful…

But it must be directed wisely.

Because hunger without focus creates frustration.

But hunger mixed with:
Discipline
Patience
Consistency
Strategy
Creates transformation.

Many successful people were not the most talented at first…

They were simply the hungriest.

The most determined.
The most relentless.
The least willing to stay the same.

Never underestimate someone who has seen difficult days and decided:

“I refuse to remain in this condition forever.”

Because once the mind truly becomes hungry for growth…

Very little can stop that person.

🚶 “Don’t Force Anyone Into The Pathway Of Greatness”

Let me tell you something painful about life today…

Success is available to everybody…

But not everybody truly wants the journey that leads to it.

Many people love the idea of greatness…

But they don’t love:
Discipline
Sacrifice
Patience
Consistency
Pain
Responsibility

Yet these are the real roads that lead to success.

One of the biggest mistakes people make is trying to drag others toward greatness by force.

Trying to convince everybody…
Trying to save everybody…
Trying to push people who don’t want to move.

You cannot force hunger into someone who is comfortable starving mentally.

Life teaches us something important:

Not everybody is prepared for the price of growth.

Some people only admire success from a distance…
But are unwilling to pay the cost required to reach it.

Think about football…

Everybody wants to lift trophies…

But not everybody wants:
Early morning training
Pressure
Criticism
Discipline
Sacrifice

That is why only a few become champions.

Success is not just a dream…

It is a decision followed by repeated action.

And no matter how much advice you give someone…

If they refuse to change their mindset…

Nothing changes.

Some people enjoy comfort too much to chase greatness.

Some fear failure.
Some fear hard work.
Some fear responsibility.

And sadly…

Some people only want motivation…
Not transformation.

Stop k!!l!!ng yourself trying to carry people who don’t want to walk.

Because true growth begins when a person personally decides:

“I want more for my life.”

You can inspire people…
Guide people…
Support people…

But you cannot f!ght their internal b@ttl€$ for them.

That decision must come from within.

Learn this powerful lesson:

Not everybody around you is part of your future journey.

Some people will watch you grow…
Some will misunderstand you…
Some will remain in the same place mentally.

And that’s life.

Never feel guilty for continuing your journey toward greatness.

Because while some people are making excuses…
