You see how we show up to work; very intentional and very mindful.
We cherish and appreciate the fact that, out of hundreds of choices, you chose us to take care of your homes and offices.
We respect you, and we hold you in high esteem.
You are essential to us, without your patronage, we won't be in business.
We need your mo….n…ey and we know you need our services.
While we promise you the best of services, we are also prone to mistakes( on very rare occasions) and the good thing about it is, we ALWAYS look for ways to remedy the situation.
We want to work for you and with you, on a mutual level and agreement.
We are humans too, with emotions and feelings.
When you disrespect us, we feel it.
When you talk down on us and devalue our worth, we feel and know it.
It's okay if our prices are over your budget, there's no need to be rude about it.
Being rude doesn't earn you a discount, younno.
Call/book our services early, 2 days' notice at least.
Do not expect us to give you the same fee for an express Job for a job that was booked earlier. (I'll talk later about one of the important reasons why)
Please, the same respect you'd accord those big brands up there, if you found us worthy of your patronage, please, let us be accorded that too.
Patronize us, give us your HONEST REVIEW and please, refer us.
