Happiness is actually a choice. As I was rushing home,calculating how I will pounce on Amadi, I suddenly hit my big toe on a stone. Chaiiiii my anger increased,my speed increased and my heart was beating so fast. When I got home, I met Amadi sleeping peacefully. I stared at him for a while and suddenly a feeling I can’t explain enveloped me. Then I made a decision. I quickly rushed out, collected a long cane and went to Ndidiamaka’s house. When I got there,her mother told me that she is married. That she just came back to see her but she has gone back.. I was so happy that I hugged mama so tight. Then I went to the market bought yam and ingredients for nsala soup. I was just smiling all through. Amadi woke up and I served him a plate of well pounded yam and hot nsala.If only he knew that I nearly broke his head while he was sleeping. 🤣🤣🤣.. After a while I became happy again because Amadi was behaving so well. But like they say, wahala no de finish. Pls tell me why I went to the market today and saw Ndidiamaka my informant with a big belly. It’s either she is pregnant or Amadioha struck her with otolo for what she did to me. She didn’t say anything to me even though I was staring at her. On my way back still trying to figure out what I saw, I just perceived the farmiliar odor of fish. Chaii. I turned and saw ekwi and I froze. She is definitely pregnant. Hmmmm. I hope it’s not what I am thinking ooo because………..Let me get home first.

As the meeting was going on, it was obvious that Amadi was not comfortable because I wasn’t talking. I was just looking at him. In fact I was thinking of something else. After a while, I just got up went inside and came out with a pestle. Amadi got up and ran inside,I gave him a hot chase. Everyone outside was shouting. He ran inside the bedroom. I followed him and locked the door. Once inside,the pestle fell from my hand. My wrapper fell too. He understood the assignment. We didn’t waste time,we just went straight to business. Chaiii e no go better for konji. By the time we came out everywhere was empty. I am sure they heard something. We looked at each other and started laughing. We went back inside and continued our business. I wonder how I will face them tomorrow.

I finally dragged that bonga fish Amadi back home. I waited for him the whole day and he didn’t show up. By evening,I started panicking and went out to look for him. After a long search, I found him sleeping in an abandoned shrine. Chaiii. When he saw me, he started crying but he was so hungry he couldn’t run. Turns out that when he flew out of the house, he went to his umunna to help him come and make peace. They refused and said that the last time they came, I broke their chairman’s head so they don’t want to be involved. That was how he ended up in the shrine. I brought him home,gave him food and he refused to eat until I ate some of it. Maybe he thought i added something to it mtcheeewwww. I was just smiling up and down. I didn’t ask him anything oo. I washed his clothes and ran his water for bathing. After two days he ran away again saying that he is not used to me being calm and he is not comfortable with it. His mother just brought him back now with his people. We are about to have a meeting now. I will update you once it is done.

I went inside, had my bath,changed my clothes and cleaned up my house. Thank God it is not smelling fish fish again. I cooked a very delicious meal and ate with my Children. Now I have regained my strength and I am still waiting for Amadi to come back. I have not decided what I want to do to him yet but one thing I know is that I am not leaving this house again. As I was sitting down here,another woman came,saw me and quickly pretended as if she came to the wrong house 🤣🤣🤣 At least all of them will soon know that I am back and there is no Vacancy. So Amadi, after running like a kangaroo, you will come back and meet me here. No leave, no transfer.

Chinekeeee. I got to my house only for me to hear Ndidiamaka my friend and informant quarreling with another woman and calling her man snatcher. Trust Amadi the flying Ninja,the way he flew out of the compound like a flying saucer immediately he saw me needs to be studied. I did not waste any time. Both the thief and the assistant thief collected wotowoto from me. My frenemy collected four rounds of woozing before I finally allowed her to pack her bags and leave. I am here waiting for Amadi. This Is me rushing back to Amadi’s House. As I was waiting for my friend, wondering why she is running late, Da Mgbechi my mother’s friend walked into the compound. I don’t like her because last week, she gave my son a knock on his head just because he didn’t greet her. What she told me broke my heart. Chaiii Amadi, may a disrespectful bingo from psychia, the one that doesn’t hear Kai…Kai chase you until you can’t run anymore. I quickly carried my children and headed back to my husbands house. It’s 6 months now and I am still in my maternal home. My father said i should carry my trouble and stay here since i dont want to go back to my husband’s house..
