🌅 Good day, Everyone.

Starting my day with a brisk morning walk has become one of my favorite routines. There's something incredibly refreshing about stepping out into the cool, crisp air and witnessing the world wake up.

Today was particularly special. The cold, fresh air was impossible to ignore we are in the rainy season alright so the fresh air is extra special it has a kind of sweetness to it that makes you want to stay longeron your walk. The serenity of the quiet streets and the rhythmic chirping of birds provided a peaceful soundtrack to my thoughts.

Morning walks aren't just about physical exercise; they're a chance to clear my mind, set intentions for the day, listen to podcast or some audio book, pray and appreciate the simple joys of life. I always return, feeling invigorated and ready to tackle whatever comes my way.

starting my virtual cooperative was me embracing the fear of rejection with "my full chest" like we say in Nigeria to mean being audacious. little did l know that l was shining my light on a group of persons who were afraid they will not stay consistent.

Nothing destroys leadership like the lack of trust. People need to be able to trust your word. So lead with integrity.
Where ever you are and however you lead it is important you discover and facilitate leadership qualities in others.
Don’t lead altogether by yourself alone because leadership is above vision, people need to know where they are going.
