NOTICE TO ALL AKWA IBOM STUDENTS IN PUBLIC TERTIARY INSTITUTIONS

This is to notify you that the second phase of the Akwa Ibom State bursary payment, as approved by His Excellency, Pastor Umo Eno, is now open and has commenced today.

This is in line with his promise to support students in tertiary institutions yearly. Similarly, in fulfillment of his earlier promise, the Governor has increased the bursary amount from ₦10,000 to ₦20,000 for all eligible students. Additionally, students pursuing professional courses—Medicine, Law, Engineering, Agriculture and Education, etc—will now receive ₦30,000 each.

I urge all Student leaders to share this information widely and encourage eligible students to register.

NOTE: The registration process is completely free and can be completed on your mobile device. No fees, levies, or dues are required at any stage. Do not fall prey to scammers.

We sincerely appreciate His Excellency, Governor Pastor Umo Eno, for his unwavering commitment to students' welfare. Indeed, he has kept his promises. Thank you, Your Excellency.
