Noting that you have commented on other people's profile more than once , they will immediately restrict your account.

How do you solve this problem if that happens,
Firstly you are given the option to appeal their verdict,

After the appeal
They would try to verify your account and the phone number attached to the account. You will also provide a valid email address that has been linked to the account already.

PS : you have to make sure the phone number you use should be inside the phone that manages the Instagram account.

They will then send a code via text .
Once it has been verified , your account is open back for your usage.
