THEME: 🇬🇬 THE VALLEY OF ACHOR
“And Sharon shall be a fold of flocks, and the valley of Achor a place for the herds to lie down in,
for my people that have sought me”
TEXT: ✅ISAIAH 65: 10
**************************************
MESSAGE🔥
“Achor” means “troubling,” and the phrase that contains it (“the Valley of Achor”) means “the valley of troubling.” It occurs three times in the Bible. The first is in Joshua in connection with the story of Achan and his sin. When the people of Israel had conquered Jericho in the first wave of their invasion of the Promised Land, Achan had taken spoil of Jericho that the people had been told by God they were not to do. For this they lost the next battle at Ai. What was wrong? they asked. At last, an investigation was made and the sin of Achan was discovered and judged. Achan and his family were stoned in the Valley of Achor, which took its name from this incident (Joshua 7:26). The second time this valley is mentioned is in Isaiah, when he speaks of a day when it will become a resting place for herds (Isaiah 65:10). The third time is in Hosea, and here the place of “troubling” is to become a place of hope for God’s people. How can a place of such swift judgment be hopeful? How can the destructive troubling be changed? We cannot change it certainly. But there is one who can and who does. God sets hope before us when all seems most lost. He does it by taking our trouble on himself.
Charles Simeon wrote that; Achor was a very rich valley, so called from the circumstance of Achan being stoned there. It was the first portion of the promised land that came into the possession of the Israelites: and this was to them a door of hope. It was a ground of assurance, that they should in due time possess the whole land. It was, as it were, an earnest, whereby they were taught to expect the fulfillment of all the promises.
Easton’s Bible Dictionary says…The expression “valley of Achor” probably became proverbial for that which caused trouble, and when Isaiah (in Isaiah 65:10) refers to it, he uses it in this sense: “The valley of Achor, a place for herds to lie down in;” i.e., that which had been a source of calamity would become a source of blessing. Hosea also (in Hosea 2:15) uses the expression in the same sense: “The valley of Achor for a door of hope”; i.e., trouble would be turned into joy, despair into hope.
Can I mention it to you this moment, that as you turn to Christ, whatever causes you trouble, sorrow and shame shall rightly turn into your help, favour, honour and blessings.
I speak into your life and decree, your Valley of Achor is turned into help in Jesus mighty name, Amen. Beloved, Jesus alone can do this. Turn to him today, and remain in his warm arms forever in Jesus mighty name Amen.

THEME:🇬🇬 BELIEVER’S VICTORY OVER POVERTY
“For ye know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that, though he was rich, yet for your sakes he became poor, that ye through his poverty might be rich”
TEXT:✅ 2 CORINTHIANS 8: 9
*************************************
MESSAGE🇬🇬
Our God is the owner of the universe (Psalm 24:1). He created and owns the heavens and earths and all the wealth therein. He said in Haggai 2:8, “The silver is mine, and the gold is mine”. It is not His desire that His children live in poverty or leave this earth as paupers. He wants to use prosperity as a means to prove His Lordship also.
Your prosperity began when the owner of silver and gold died in poverty and penury as sacrifice for your prosperity. Hear this; “For ye know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that, though he was rich, yet for your sakes he became poor, that ye through his poverty might be rich” (2 Corinthians 8:9).
He deliberately became poor so that you, through His poverty, will become rich. Your bursting forth in prosperity is dependent on how well you understand this truth and appreciate God for it.
The Lord is our Shepherd; we shall not want (Psalms 23:1). God is Jehovah Jireh; our Provider and He graciously provides all the needs of His sheep. Does He not feed the ravens, and cause the lilies to grow? How, then, can He leave His children to starve? You may not possess all that you wish for, but “you shall not want. “The young lions do lack, and suffer hunger but they that seek the Lord shall not want any good thing” (Psalm 34:10).
God has promised us prosperity even in the midst of opposition. “Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of my enemies …my cup runneth over” (Psalm 23:5). God prepares a table of increase and celebration for those that are intimate with Him even in the midst of opposition. In times of economic recession and global crises, they that have an intimate relationship are kept in affluence and great prosperity because they survive, not by the world’s economy, but by the economy of heaven. Whether your enemies like it or not, they will see you prospering. They can try as much as they may, they cannot bring you down because the Most-High God is a wall of defense around you at all times.
This is the season of transfer of wealth from the Gentiles to the children of light. All those that spend time consistently with God will be granted exceedingly abundantly above whatever they ask or think (Ephesians 3:20). They will always have more than enough; they will not just be rich, but will have enough to spare. This is the state of being established, at this stage you can no longer be shaken from your wealth.
God responds to prayers if it tallies with His reason and season. When you ask for rain in the time of rain, you will certainly receive abundance of rain (Zechariah 10:1). You ask and do not receive because you ask amiss (James 4:3). Know what is in the calendar and agenda of God now. Put God in remembrance of all His promises and as you begin to appreciate God for your wealth and prosperity which has been settled by Christ when He took your poverty and shame upon Himself, your life will begin to blossom on all sides. May the God of prosperity prosper you and enrich you with abundance of his riches in Jesus mighty name, Amen.

THEME: 🇬🇬BELIEVER’S VICTORY OVER FAMINE
“But as for you, ye thought evil against me; but God meant it unto good, to bring to pass, as it is this day, to save much people alive”
TEXT:👉 GENESIS 50: 20
*************************************
MESSAGE🇬🇬
Most Christians want to experience overcoming power and triumph in every situation in life. But, how can we without being rooted in the source of this power?
I feel that most Christians want to experience the overcoming power and triumph in each trying hour.” To experience victory over every circumstance, even in famine, you will find the key to this in these two passages of scriptures in Genesis 45:5-8; Genesis 50:20. The background is the story of Joseph, and how his brothers sold him into Egypt, for twenty years he has been there, and through a chain of accidents and coincidence he has been made Lord over all Egypt, second only to Pharaoh. Great famine has come upon all the earth and the brothers of Joseph have traveled to buy food and grain from Egypt, so they can live, and, in this passage, Joseph is revealing Himself to his brothers. It has been twenty years since they had seen him, and they did not know who he was. In Genesis 45 verse 5; “Now therefore be not grieved, nor angry with yourselves, that ye sold me hither: for God did send me before you to preserve life”; after he has revealed himself to them, they were afraid. In Genesis 45:5-8; and Genesis 50:20; Notice the two statements; "not you, but God", "not evil but God".
Now in every person’s life, there are circumstances over which we have no control, and it is these circumstances that give us our problems. At times, we are forced to take medications. We are trapped and have to rely on our doctors. Suicides are increasing every year. It is those circumstances over which you have no control that follow you everywhere you go. If I had eyes to see that which is invisible today, I could see in the life of every believer a problem labeled circumstances over which I have no control. You have prayed about it, still you do not understand, no peace or victory. It may be something which you cannot get out of your mind. You are always thinking about it, and it is about to get you down. It is a season in the life of a believer. It doesn't last forever.
I have lived for the past few years with the story of Joseph, and I am thrilled at the story God has given to us in these verses of scripture, over and over again these thoughts and sayings as Joseph meets his brothers. It is somewhat a mystery, with these statements in Genesis 45:5-8; three times Joseph tells his brothers you did not bring me here, God did (Refer: Genesis 45:5-8).
Look at the circumstances Joseph lived, though sold by his brothers, kicked out of his house and separated from his father. He was taken to a strange land. He was faithful to the house of Potiphar, lied about from his wife, placed in prison for two years. And no matter how dark the night Joseph never lost faith in God. I submit to you today, Joseph, a man who had victory over every circumstances and this is really very simple. The way to have victory is to remember: “It’s Not You, but God”. It’s all about God. That is a declaration of faith in the overruling Providence of God. Can you tell the situation you find yourself, and say, it’s not me but God. I pray that the Good Lord that saw Joseph through, will see you through in Jesus mighty name, Amen.

THEME: 🇬🇬BELIEVER’S VICTORY OVER THE MIGHTY
“And you went over Jordan, and came unto Jericho; and the men of Jericho fought against you, the Amorites, and the Perizzites, and the Canaanites, and the Hittites, and the Girgash*tes, the Hivites, and the Jebusites, and I delivered them into your hand”

MESSAGE🇬🇬
A believer is someone who has received Jesus Christ as personal Lord and Saviour. He or she lives in faith and believes in the saving grace of our Lord Jesus Christ. He or she lives a life of holiness and righteousness. He or she walks in obedience to the word of God and keep His words. Because Jesus Christ obtained the victory over the kingdom of darkness, so the believer lives in this victory (1 Corinthians 15: 57), if he or she is living in righteousness and holiness. The victory of the believer is anchored on the fact that the believer lives a life of obedience to the command of God, and stay clear of sin. This is because sin is the nature of Satan. We can call; SIN, “SATAN IDENTITY NATURE”. So beloved, whosoever lives in sin is the servant of sin, which invariably means he or she is a servant of Satan, and is under the influence of Satan. And he or she has Satan's Identity Nature. It is on this course that the Son of God was made manifest that He might destroy the works of Satan. So, who is the mighty? Principalities, powers, rulers of darkness of this world and spiritual wickedness in high places that trouble the will and the purpose of creation is the mighty. But these are spirits which operates in the spiritual realm. But, remember Christ hath spoiled them and triumphed over them all (Colossians 2: 15). Within our context today, the mighty are those close associates of yours, who appears as friends, but they are the instruments that the Satan uses to attack, trouble, affect you, and perhaps to the weak once destroy them. They are the ones that leads you to death. This will not be your portion as you stick to Jesus Christ. It could have been impossible for the enemies to capture Jesus easily, if not of his close disciple, Judas Iscariot. So, beware of your friends. Be mindful of the kind of friends you keep and the people that comes around you. They are the mighty in the pathway of destruction. Without these ones who appears as friends whom Satan uses against you, Satan will not be able to attack you.
Looking at our text today; you will see these characters and they were those who fought against the children of Isarel to hinder them from possessing that land and to destroy them. Hear this; “And you went over Jordan, and came unto Jericho; and the men of Jericho fought against you, the Amorites, and the Perizzites, and the Canaanites, and the Hittites, and the Girgash*tes, the Hivites, and the Jebusites, and I delivered them into your hand”. May the Lord deliver your enemies into your hands in Jesus name Amen.
The Bible says as God led the children of Israel out of Egypt; the Lord brought them to the land of the Amorites. The Amorites fought against them that they might not possess the land, The Amorites were babblers, bitter and rebels. Beware of the Amorites around you. On their journey, they encountered the Perizzites which were spiritual cripples and spiritual dwarfs. Beware of them around you. There appeared also the Canaanites, who fought against them, but they were worshippers of idols and men that loved sacrifice, especially to the queen of heaven. Beware of idol worshippers so that they will not lead you astray. The Israelites also encountered the Hittites, they were broken idols and despised. The Girgash*tes appeared after that, they also fought them. They were unstable men, and those that run away from the presence and power of God. After the Girgash*tes, the encountered the worldly people called the Hivites, who also fought them. And finally, the Jebusites appeared; they were polluters, defilers, and men that would tread down others. None of the enemies of the Israelites were righteous. They all fought against the children of Israel but they did not prevail. The Almighty God sent noise of the swarm of bees against them, drove them away and the two kings of Amorites and delivered the land to the Israelites (Joshua 24: 12). The Israelites prevailed not by their sword but by the power of the Almighty God. The Lord gave them the land they did not buy; houses they did not build; harvest they did not plant. What A Mighty God we serve! You will prevail against all your enemies by the power of God. God will fight for you. Stay connected to Jesus and let him be your God. Remember the Amorites had done everything to destroy the Israelites, but they could not because sin was not found in them at this time, so their enemies could not prevail (Joshua 24: 9-10). Beloved, beware of sin; beware of the Amorites and the Canaanites around you, stay focus, live a life of righteousness and holiness, then victory will be permanently your portion in this life. Tell them, I tell you, this is the standard of God for all his people. I decree over your life and destiny; you will drive a car you did not buy. You will possess a house you did not build. This is your season of your harvest. This is your season of Break Forth. Enter into your harvest. God bless you.

THEME:🇬🇬 FAITH WORK
"But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him” TEXT: Hebrews 11:6
*************************************
MESSAGE 🇬🇬
Faith is the reality of Christianity. Faith is the link to reach God, have access to God and please God. Through faith our connection to God is direct. God loves us deeply and dearly once we access him through our faith. Faith is the channel of our access to God. Without faith we cannot please God. Pleasing God means trusting that He exists and that He rewards whose who seek Him diligently (Hebrews 11: 6). It means believing in His Son Jesus Christ, accepting Him as your Lord and Saviour, and allowing Him to lead you in all that you do.
The key to a life that is pleasing God is to have a PASSION not for what we desire to do, but to have a PASSION for obeying God. For doing what He commands us to do whether we are passionate about it or not. We use our faith to please God and when we please God, God gives us wisdom and knowledge, and joy, but to the sinner he gives travail, to gather and heap up, that he may give to him that pleases God (Eccl. 2:26).
God is a Spirit and requires that we worship Him in spirit and truth (John 4:24). He does not want us to have to see Him before we believe that He exists; He wants us to worship Him and relate with Him in faith. What He has said in the Holy Scriptures about Himself is all we ought to need to worship, serve, and relate with Him. Therefore, faith is the response of the human spirit to the Word of God. There are three things God requires in our faith: to acknowledge that He exists, to know that He is a rewarder, and, finally, to seek Him diligently.
WAYS TO PLEASE GOD:
1. Have Faith in God. (Hebrews 11:6)
2. Walk with God. (Genesis 5:24)
3. Be Spiritually minded. (Romans 8:6-8)
4. Fear God. (Psalm 147: 11)
5. Study and follow Jesus’ example. (Mathew 17:5, John 8: 29).
6. Obey God always. (1 Samuel 15: 22)
7. Do God’s will. (Hebrews 13:21)
Let us therefore approach God in faith, and we will continually please Him and find rest for our souls. BELOVED CONNECT TO GOD THROUGH YOUR FAITH. I believe you are blessed by this sermon. Hallelujah! Be blessed in Jesus mighty name Amen.

REFLECTION🇬🇬
"The key to a life that is pleasing God is to have a passion not for what we desire to do, but to have a passion for obeying God"

PRAYERS🇬🇬

I will sing of thy mercy all the days of my life. My heart will ever remain for you. Please Lord, help me to walk in thy divine will all the days of my life. THEME: FOLLOWERS OF CHRIST
1 “Be ye therefore followers of God, as dear children; 2 And walk in love, as Christ also hath loved us, and hath given himself for us an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweet-smelling savour”.
TEXT: • 👉Ephesians 5:1-2
**************************************
MESSAGE 🇬🇬
To be a follower of Christ is to be initiated into the life of Christ. It is to follow his pattern of life. It is to walk in the newness of life and obey all that he says in his word. It means to be like Christ. It also means to follow his footsteps.
One of the challenges of living our new life in Christ, is getting away from our old way of life; the life of sin, hatred, bitterness, etc.
In order to get away from the old pattern of life, we need to follow a new pattern of life, a pattern that is not flawed, but one that is flawless, that is through a new life in Christ Jesus.
Paul starts this chapter 5 of Ephesians with the word, 1“Be ye therefore followers of God, as dear children; 2 And walk in love, as Christ also hath loved us, and hath given himself for us an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweet-smelling savour”.
Christians are a new creation in Christ. God has given us this new life in Christ when we are baptized into Christ. This new life, new self should begin to bear fruits and a resemblance to the family of God. A family that is redeemed by the blood of the spotless lamp, as we are told to be imitators of CHRIST as dearly loved children. In our society, when we think of an imitation, we think of something that is fake or counterfeit. Do you want a diamond ring or a DIAMELLE ring? Do you want a pair of Aviator sunglasses or a fake pair? DO you want an original Volk Swagen or one down the street painted? Do you want the ORIGINAL Swatch watch or one coated with the fine piece of art?
We see a lot of what we call “down the street products” and we tend to look down on them.
During the time of the writing of this letter, in the ethical sphere of the Greek language and in the fine arts the word “imitating” has a positive connotation.
In the New Testament, the word is always used in a positive sense. Paul uses the word most frequently of all the New Testament writers. Imitating in the original language was more than trying to look like someone, it also meant to be like someone, to act as they would act, to think as they would think.
Another way to put it is to follow His example. Notice that Paul adds the phrase AS DEARLY BELOVED CHILDREN (EPHESIANS 5:1).
A child who is loved by their family will often want to be like their parents, and many times will grow up to be like them. As much as love leads in the family, love is contagious and so must be transferred. You can see them showing love any way they go.
As they spend time with their father or mother, their respect for them grows as they see the consistency of their life. The Life Application Commentary shares this interesting tidbit.
Behavioral scientists have discovered an interesting phenomenon called “imprinting” in the early development of some animals. For example, if a young goose is “imprinted” with a dog, the gosling will see the dog as its mother.
Paul says that such imprinting should happen in Christian growth. We should walk so closely with Jesus that he imprints on us his nature: loving, serving, sacrificing, pleasing to God the Father. Stay close to him through Bible study, prayer, fellowship, and evangelism so that you will be always in a position to be transformed into his image. We cannot be imprinted with God if we do not spend time with Him.
Dearly beloved, spend quality times with Jesus, so that He will imprint in you His love life, in Jesus mighty name, Amen.

THEME: 🇬🇬DIVINE ENCOUNTER 15
1 “O God, you are my God; I earnestly search for you. My soul thirsts for you; my whole-body longs for you in this parched and weary land where there is no water. 2 I have seen you in your sanctuary and gazed upon your power and glory”
TEXT: 🇬🇬Psalm 63: 1-2 NLT
*************************************
MESSAGE🇬🇬
Divine Encounter encourages fellowship with the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Beloved, encountering God establishes a deep hunger for His Presence and Glory to exist, in Every Area of Your Life. Hear the Psalmist; 1 “O God, you are my God; I earnestly search for you. My soul thirsts for you; my whole-body longs for you in this parched and weary land where there is no water. 2 I have seen you in your sanctuary and gazed upon your power and glory. 3 Your unfailing love is better than life itself; how I praise you! 4 I will praise you as long as I live, lifting up my hands to you in prayer. 5 You satisfy me more than the richest feast. I will praise you with songs of joy. 6 I lie awake thinking of you, meditating on you through the night. 7 Because you are my helper, I sing for joy in the shadow of your wings. 8 I cling to you; your strong right hand holds me securely (Psalm 63:1-8 NLT). Beloved, you can go from an encounter with God, to constant fellowship with God.
Fellowship = companionship, partnership, connection and intimacy.
This is what the spirit of God longs to have with us. Isn’t it amazing when we look at Genesis 1, we see God spoke everything into existence, but when He made Adam what did He do? He spent time intricately, crafting him by hand in His likeness and His image. And God has done the same with you.
Aren’t you proud of the children you’ve made? The items you buy? The degrees you’ve acquired? The delicious meals you make for your family? These are things you have the opportunity to admire and enjoy because they are yours. Can you imagine the depth of relationship God longs to have with you. Did you know that He eagerly awaits you every day with a word spoken over your life from the foundation of the earth? Hear this; 18 “And therefore the Lord [earnestly] waits [expecting, looking, and longing] to be gracious to you; and therefore, He lifts Himself up, that He may have mercy on you and show loving-kindness to you. For the Lord is a God of justice. Blessed (happy, fortunate, to be envied) are all those who [earnestly] wait for Him, who expect and look and long for Him [for His victory, His favour, His love, His peace, His joy, and His matchless, unbroken companionship]”! (- Isaiah 30:18 AMPC).
I believe encountering God will establish a hunger for His presence in every area of your life. You begin to look at things through different eyes as you seek out His glory to shine on you and all you put your hands to. Were you once leaned on skill, ability, and personality to pull you through, you become dependent on His presence and Glory to do anything and everything – realizing that apart from Him you can do nothing.
Because truthfully, the Lord doesn’t need what we have to offer; we’re the ones in need of His Spirit, to be used by Him and for His purpose and calling. It’s necessary that His presence moves in everything we desire to do, big or small. Once we go from encountering the Lord, into consistent fellowship and nearness with Him, we will begin to see the fruits of what lies in the mystery of who He is and what He has set before us to do. Having intentional fellowship (companionship, partnership, connection and intimacy) with the Holy Spirit, the type of fellowship that comes from a place of dependency and humility, will always bring His Kingdom in reach. He won’t feel so far away. By prayer and communing with His word, His presence will be near. Whether it’s picking an outfit for the day, buying a new home, or living out a prosperous marriage, the way we steward what God’s placed in our hand will be impacted by our relationship with Him, and dependence upon Him. Let’s depend on him for his unfailing love is available to us any moment of the day. God bless you.
