The Acting Vice Chancellor and Pirncinpal management staff of Akwa Ibom State University played host to the board and management of Uniuyo Printing Press yesterday.
On Monday, 25th August 2025, the Management of the University of Uyo Printing Press paid a courtesy visit to the Acting Vice Chancellor of Akwa Ibom State University at the AKSU Liaison Office, Shelter Afrique, Uyo.
The meeting, which was received with a warm welcome, provides an opportunity to foster institutional collaboration, and explored areas of partnership backed with innovations.
The Managing Director of Uniuyo Printing Press, Mr. Kufre Paul, introduced some innovations to our sister University, AKSU, and chattered the need for collaborative business relationship, following positive responses and reactions by other principals management staff of AKSU. On this, the AG. Vice Chancellor, Prof Otoabasi Akpan expressed joy and strong hope in the innovations outlined by the MD and pledged to be in partnership with the Uniuyo Printing Press.
We were honored to have Emeritus Professor Akpan Hogan Ekpo, Prof. Enoidem Usoro, Rector, DASAC and other esteemed members of the Board in attendance.
