APICO SET TO MAKE MORE WINS IN 2025.

As the Akwa Ibom State Government approves the sum of one hundred and eighty million naira (180m ) Annual Budget for APICO in 2025 fiscal year,the Company is set to achieve more progress in achieving its mandate.
The Managing Director/CEO of Akwa Ibom Property and Investments Company. Hon.(Barr.) Patrick Udomfang made this known during a meeting with Management Staff of the company at APICO house.
He reiterated that the said amount would cushion the company's block moulding factory ,repairing of elevators within the investment house, procurement of SUV, renovation, rehabilitation of the investment house and others expenditure.
Having noted that the approval for annual budget of 2025 is the best of it kind that would provide ways to measure progress, identify areas for improvement and motivation of staff.
The MD/CEO who expressed the magnanimity of Governor Umo Eno for approving the infrastructural Development of fencing around Ewet Housing and shelter Afrique Estates said the fencing of the Estates would curb some miscreants' vices and also enforce the security of lives and properties of the environs.
He appreciated staff for their support and commitment to work irrespective of his carrot and stick approach to make APICO reach an enviable height reiterating,that the achievement of the APICO is as a result of agreement and disagreement with staff to ensure best result.
Hon. Barr.Patrick emphasized one of the achievements of APICO being part of the Internally Generated Revenue (IGR) machinery of the Akwa Ibom State through it's revenue generation from ground rent and remittance of same to the state government.
Barr.Udomfang assured staff that he will organize a Seminar for the staff on Financial Management and Ethics of the Service while he advised them to be prudent in spending their monthly income to avoid financial embarrassment.
APICO Helmsman further urged the staff to continue being resilient and hard working for their reward shall not elude them.
