IBOM BSC Celebrates Hadejia, Saraki, Madubuko on Appointment to NFF Beach Soccer and Futsal Board

The Ibom Beach Soccer Club has congratulated the League National Coordinator, Mahmud Hadejia, and Administrative Secretary, Rasheed Oladimeji Saraki, alongside Chairman Anambra State Beach Soccer, Professor Victor Madubuko following their appointment to the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) Interim Board charged with overseeing the organisation and development of beach soccer and futsal leagues in the country.

The appointments were announced during the NFF Executive Committee meeting held at the Best Western Plus Hotel in Asaba on Saturday, July 11, 2026.

The Ibom BSC described the appointments as well-deserved recognition of their dedication, hard work and outstanding contributions to the growth and promotion of beach soccer in Nigeria and across the African continent.

The interim board has been entrusted with the responsibility of coordinating and advancing beach soccer and futsal competitions nationwide as part of the federation's efforts to strengthen the two disciplines.

Other members of the interim board are Dele Gbajumo, Hon. Nkopuye Ukpe, Abdul-Nasir Adamu Senchi, Alhaji Mohammed Bukar Alau and Onome Ebi.

from May 29 to 31 at the Murtala Muhammed Square in Kaduna during the Sallah festivities.

Seven teams will battle for the Super Finals tickets during the three-day competition.

The participating teams are Kada BSC, Kebbi Fishers BSC, BAM Projects BSC, Ibom BSC, Jigawa Golden Stars BSC, Niger BSC, and Anambra BSW.

2022 champions Kada BSC currently lead the standings after an impressive outing in round one held in Kebbi.

They sit top of the table with 10 points, holding a six-point advantage over second-placed Kebbi Fishers BSC and BAM Projects BSC.

Kebbi Fishers BSC with three titles are the most successful team in the league while Kada BSC and holders, Anambra Beach Soccer Warriors have one title apiece.
