2.0 Maybe, it's not clear enough. Let me adopt the Nigerian approach of answering question - using question(s) to give answer(s). Have you ever wished someone a happy birthday on their comment section and (s)he replied others and yours was unattended to? In such scenario, how do you always feel? Excited, right? I guess, NO!

4.0 Dear "successful people", it's not everyone who drops a message in your inbox does that with the intention of begging. So, next time you see a message, perhaps, from a familiar stranger, open it and read it and you'll not die.

5.0 To the "Incoming successful people", learn to respect yourself. Don't seize every avenue you have to beg otherwise, many people won't take you seriously. If you truly have a need or want, seek for help, don't beg. Those are two different things. When you seek for help and you're not given, you move on but when you beg and it isn't given to you, you begin pestering and becoming a thorn in the flesh of you envisaged help provider.

6.0 I once sent a request to a lady in this platform and she accepted. Communicating with her was the rub because she doesn't reply. I did tried that for a long period of time and I still got no reply. I gave up. One day, she replied with an apology that she doesn't chat on FB that she chats on WhatsApp. To show she was truly sorry, she dropped me her WhatsApp contact, till now, we're friends. Nothing more.

7.0 If you're in that clique, why not do like the lady in the above paragraph 6.0?

8.0 Sometimes, you'd see a fellow make a post and another person will comment with "check your inbox" or "check your DM". Don't neglect your DM or inbox, something big may come out from there this SEPTEMBER.

WHO'S YOUR NEIGHBOUR?

I was on my 5th ride when the 6th came in. After dropping off my 5th rider, I called my 6th rider to confirm her location. She picked up and directed me to Uye Estate.

Aside from speaking patiently to me, she insisted that if I experienced any difficulty finding her, I shouldn't hesitate to call.

When a rider shows care and takes the time to describe their location clearly, I naturally become nicer to them – it's not something I experience often.

I should add that her description game was powerful! I imagined she must have been an excellent English student in secondary school, acing her descriptive essay tests.

I wasn't stressed during my journey to locate her. When I arrived at her gate, I gave her a call, and she asked me to wait a few minutes while she came down from the last floor of the building.

During the ride, she received a call and informed her friend that she was heading to the EFCC office along 4 lanes to check on a neighbor who was arrested the previous night.

We arrived at the office, and I ended the ride. Although the Bolt price was N2700, she paid me N3000 and even thanked me. I was surprised by her demeanor.
