IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL NEWLY AKSU ADMITTED STUDENTS

This is to inform all fresh students of Akwa Ibom State University that the physical screening exercise for the 2025/2026 academic session will commence on Wednesday, 3rd December 2025.

All admitted students are expected to appear for the screening with the following documents:

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:
- Acceptance Fee Teller (Receipt)
- Original WAEC Certificate (Not printout)
- Original NECO Result
- WAEC Scratch Card
- NECO Token / Verification PIN
- JAMB Result
- JAMB Admission Letter (Institution’s Copy only)
- Medical Certificate of Fitness
- Recommendation Letter
- Recent Passport Photographs
- AKSU School Files with Clips
- Birth Certificate or Age Declaration

FOR DIRECT ENTRY CANDIDATES ONLY:
- A-Level Result(s)

Students are advised to ensure all documents are arranged neatly and completely to avoid delays during the process.
