Hello dear, I’ve been silently following your page for a long time. I really love your health content, even though I rarely comment. Please help me share this anonymously because I desperately need advice.

I’ve been in a relationship with my partner for over 5 years. I love him with all my heart and have never been unfaithful to him. However, he has repeatedly cheated on me, to the point that he infected me with HIV.

A while back, I became very ill and was hospitalized—that was when he finally confessed that he is HIV positive. Right now, I am completely heartbroken and confused, and I don't know what step to take next. Please, i need your advice.

I need your honest advice on this situation. 👇

Imagine you’re in a relationship and you have a misunderstanding. You both talk it out, settle it completely, and things return to being smooth and peaceful. But then, one partner keeps behaving immaturely by posting about that same past issue on social media as content—constantly reopening old wounds and hurting the other person every single day.

Honestly, there is a total lack of maturity here. If you claim you have forgiven someone, do it from your heart and stop acting childish.

My advice to the hurt partner? Just ignore it. Pretend you didn't even see it, protect your peace, and move on. Life is too short to stress over what isn't worth your energy. Let them keep posting—at the end of the day, everyone will be fine.
