Precious watched them for a few seconds.

Franklin gently touched her shoulder.

"Are you okay?"

She smiled.

"Yes."

She looked at Michelle.

Then at her husband.

Then gently placed one hand over her growing belly.

"I'm okay."

Franklin smiled.

"Ready to finish shopping?"

Precious nodded.

"Let's go."

Michelle grabbed both their hands.

"Come on, Mummy! Come on, Daddy!"

Together...

They continued walking through the mall.

Behind them...

Lucy and Jane remained standing quietly.

For the first time...

They understood something important.

Precious' greatest revenge had never been their suffering.

It was her happiness.

She had taken everything that was meant to break her...

And built a beautiful life from it.

She had become a doctor.
