The Day He Chose Himself

For a long time,
he put everyone first.
He showed up.
He sacrificed.

He adjusted his life to make others comfortable.
But deep down…
he was losing himself.

One day, he asked a hard question:
“When will I choose me?”
That day changed everything.

He made three decisions:

1️⃣ He started saying no without feeling guilty.
2️⃣ He stopped explaining his life to people who didn’t understand.
3️⃣ He made time for things that healed him.

At first, people didn’t like it.
But slowly…
his peace returned.
his confidence grew.

And he realized:
Choosing yourself is not selfish.
It is necessary.

Your peace matters more than people’s opinions.

Sometimes the deepest pain is the one nobody sees.
You laugh with people, but cry when you are alone.
You stay strong for everyone, but inside you are asking God for help.
Today, may God heal every hidden wound in your heart.

May He remove the weight you have carried for too long.
May peace enter the place where pain has lived.
You will not remain like this forever.

Grace will speak for you.
Healing will find you.
Joy will return.
