This is what I do each time I finish menstruating,I will boil hot water,add salt and some scent leaf to the water and just sit on it,so it can clean my punana very well.

For today's own,my boyfriend did it for me. I was still sleeping when I heard him calling me to start up and come,for sometimes I thought he wanted me to come and p*e because he is always the one that will wake me up to stand up and p*e,if not I will just sleep there, holding the p*e until my bladder starts crying and begging for help before I will stand up.

Little did I know,this man boil water,added just salt to it just so I can do my monthly rituals.

Sometimes,all you need is someone who is so intentional even to the very little details that concerns you.someone who is always ready to do that,which will help in making life easy for you.

I know it is the barest minimum but to me this is all I need to be happy (the act of service) my most simplest act of love 😘
