We, the Ijaw people, are the custodians of the black gold (crude oil). It's unacceptable to be treated as outsiders in our own land, exploited for our resources without benefiting from them. We demand:

1. Employment opportunities in oil-related industries (NCDMB, NNPC, NDDC, etc.)
2. Development and investment in our communities
3. Accountability for environmental degradation
