The power of Self Reinvention
The lessons are found around us, if we have eyes we can see them.
A few weeks ago, I noticed the leaves on my potted flower had withered. I’d been too busy to care for it, no water, no attention, no sunlight. It stood there, tired and lifeless, a quiet reminder of neglect.
But I decided to start again. I watered it, moved it toward the light, and waited. Slowly, new leaves began to appear fresh, green, and full of life. The same plant, the same roots, yet completely renewed.
It made me realize: we’re not so different. Sometimes we go through dry seasons moments when we feel drained, overlooked, or disconnected from our purpose. But with a bit of care, patience, and intention, we can grow again.
Reinvention doesn’t mean becoming someone new. It means nurturing what’s already within you giving yourself the light, rest, and care you once denied.
Because even when it looks like you’ve withered, your roots are still alive.
You can start again.
