🛑 HOW TO LEAVE WHILE YOU CAN (Part 2 Content)

1. Stop explaining yourself
They don’t misunderstand—you’re being controlled.

2. Tell ONE trusted person
Silence protects abusers, not you.

3. Start saving quietly
Money, documents, screenshots—prepare silently.

4. Set boundaries, watch reactions
Healthy people adjust. Narcissists attack.

5. Leave without announcing
Your safety is more important than closure.

She thought it was love.
He called her every hour.
Checked her phone.
Wanted to know where she was, who she spoke to, what she wore.

At first, it felt like care.
“Wow, he’s really into me.”

Until love turned into control.

He praised her in public but tore her down in private.
If she cried, he called her dramatic.
If she spoke up, she was “disrespectful.”
If she pulled away, he accused her of cheating.

She started shrinking…
apologizing for things she didn’t do,
explaining feelings he never cared to understand.

That’s when she realized:
Obsession is not love.
Narcissism wears romance like a mask.

🚩 Red flags she ignored:
• Constant monitoring
• Love bombing, then silent treatment
• No accountability, always the victim
• Your world gets smaller, theirs gets bigger

She didn’t leave because she was weak.
She stayed because she hoped.

But one day she chose herself.
She left while she could—
before love finished erasing her.

If you’re reading this and it feels familiar,
this is your sign.
Love should feel safe, not suffocating.

You are responsible for the events of your life—the good and the bad.

Own your choices. Learn from the mistakes. Grow from the pain.

Your future changes the moment you take responsibility. 💭✨

“Be honest…”
“Are you okay?”
“Or just surviving?”
“Choose yourself”
“Before you burn out.”

We just lost someone dear due to carelessness.

Pay attention to your body signals. Never prioritize your hustle over your health!

Rest is a necessity n most importantly, ditch mental/emotional stress.

Challenges will never go away but your ability to manage them is key!
