To be honest and fair to the truth, Tantita Security Services Nigeria Limited has achieved a great deal since the pipeline surveillance contract was awarded to the company. Their efforts have contributed to reducing crude oil theft, increasing Nigeria’s oil production, and curbing illegal refineries that once operated across many parts of the Niger Delta. These actions have also helped reduce air and water pollution, supported peace and stability in the region and across Nigeria, and created employment opportunities for many youths in different Niger Delta states.

It is only fair that we give the company the respect and recognition it deserves. People of goodwill should speak up in support of the company’s efforts and the positive impact of its projects. We must not remain silent in the face of truth while some individuals continue to call for the revocation of the company’s contract with the federal government, often for selfish reasons and in the hope of returning to the era of illegal activities.

Every voice of reason must stand up and speak the truth. We must not allow injustice or wickedness to prevail. If it can happen to Tantita Security Services Nigeria Limited today, tomorrow it could be directed at another legitimate business or company striving to make a positive difference.

Here is how Paul Wales build string legacy for his generations. The story of PW LTD.

They Stopped Chasing Money and Started Owning What Matters

💭 Many families make money… but very few keep it.
PW LTD chose a different path.

PW LTD didn’t start as a “big” company. It started with a simple realization: income disappears, but ownership stays. Early on, the founders noticed something unsettling, no matter how much money came in, expenses, risks, and market changes could wipe it out overnight.

Instead of expanding carelessly, PW LTD focused on controlling the foundation of its business. Land, key facilities, equipment, and long-term assets were placed under the company’s name. While others rushed to show wealth, PW LTD quietly secured it.

Operating businesses came and went, but the assets never moved. They became the backbone of everything else. Even when profits slowed, value remained. Stability replaced stress.

That single decision changed the family’s financial future. Money became a tool, not the goal.

Lesson: Families don’t lose wealth because they earn too little they lose it because they don’t own enough.

Day 1: Humble Beginnings in Warri

In 2008, amid Warri’s bustling energy and construction scene with the famous refinery humming and sites rising everywhere, childhood friends TEE and CEE launched TC Enterprises from a small yard in Enerhen. They sourced cement from Dangote and BUA depots, iron rods from mills, and supplied builders in Effurun and Uvwie. Quickly adding petroleum products: diesel for industrial generators, kerosene for homes, and lubricants for trucks and boats on the creeks.

“Warri never sleeps – buildings go up daily, and power cuts mean everyone needs fuel,” Chidi said while loading trucks at dawn. Thin margins on cement turned over fast, while diesel sales brought quick cash. This grit in the heart of Delta’s oil city planted the seeds for something massive.

DAY 2:

The Day They Separated Business Stress from Family Wealth

⚠️ This is where many wealthy families go wrong.
They mix ownership with daily business pressure.

As PW LTD grew, the founders faced a hard truth: running everything under one structure was risky. A single bad decision, lawsuit, or market crash could affect the entire family’s future.

So they separated roles. PW LTD became the owner—holding assets, investments, and long-term value. Operating companies were created to handle daily business. These companies paid rent and usage fees to PW LTD for assets they depended on.

If one business struggled, the family wealth remained protected. Assets stayed untouched. Income continued flowing from other operations.

This separation brought clarity. Managers focused on performance. Owners focused on preservation. Stress reduced. Stability increased.

Lesson: When ownership is protected, failure becomes a lesson not a disaster.

Day 2: Scaling the Hustle

By 2012, TC Enterprises expanded to a larger depot near Ogunu, storing cement, rods, and fuel drums. Temi negotiated bulk deals with suppliers, while Chidi built ties with NNPC depots and marketers for steady petroleum flow. They wholesaled iron rods (12mm-25mm) to major sites and diesel to oil service companies and boat operators.

Revenue climbed into millions monthly. “Warri’s oil boom + endless construction + generator culture = unstoppable demand,” TEE noted. But they dreamed bigger: owning assets instead of just trading. This sparked the vision for lasting structure.

DAY 3:

How Discipline Turned Success into a Family Legacy

⏳ If wealth ends in one generation, it was never built properly.

PW LTD understood that the real danger to wealth isn’t outsiders, it’s poor internal decisions. To protect the future, ownership was placed inside a structured family trust with clear rules.

No one could sell assets impulsively. No one could drain resources for lifestyle pressure. Profits were reinvested into land, stable investments, and long-term opportunities.

Family members were educated on responsibility before access. Participation came with accountability. Wealth became a shared duty, not personal entitlement.

Years later, PW LTD wasn’t just profitable, it was stable, protected, and prepared for the next generation.

Lesson: Wealth survives when discipline outlives ambition.

Day 4: First Expansions

By 2018, with reinvested profits and loans, they rolled out subsidiaries under TC Holdings. First: TC Construction Supplies; bulk cement, rods, blocks, aggregates for Warri’s building surge. It paid rent to TC LTD for warehouse space and trucks.

Next: TC Energy Distribution; specialized in diesel, AGO, PMS, lubricants for industries and stations. It rented fuel tanks and logistics from the parent.

Diversification shielded them; cement dips balanced by fuel demand. The trust protected family wealth; holdings enabled smart scaling. Challenges tested them, but resilience won.

Day 3: The Vision for Legacy:

After surviving fuel price swings and cement shortages in 2015, TEE and CEE consulted experts in Lagos. “We need protection and longevity,” they agreed. They set up the TC Family Trust to safeguard personal shares and future wealth from risks, ensuring smooth handover to heirs.

Then came TC Holdings Ltd as the holding company, with TC Enterprises (rebranded TC LTD) as the core subsidiary owning key assets: warehouses, fuel tanks, delivery trucks, and inventory software.

Plan: Launch subsidiaries that “rent” these assets from TC LTD – paying fees for storage, logistics, and systems – generating steady income.

Day 5: Building the Empire

The 2020s accelerated growth. TC Holdings added four more:

• TC Logistics & Haulage – trucking for materials/fuel (renting fleet from TC LTD).

• TC Real Estate – developing warehouses/properties near Effurun (renting shared land/assets).

• TC Industrial Supplies – agro inputs, pipes, and construction-linked goods.

• TC Tech & Investments – digital inventory systems and investments in stocks/real estate (licensing tech).

Six subsidiaries strong, each paying over ₦1 billion annually in rent/licensing fees to TC LTD by 2024.

This funded reinvestments and community support in Warri schools. Competition and regs came, but structure prevailed.

Day 6: Family Integration.
