Happy Children’s Day.
Children are blessings,
the manifest wisdom of God,
the radiant beauty of His creation.
They are laughter in our homes,
light in our future,
and living proof that heaven still breathes upon the earth.
May the Lord protect and preserve them.
May He guide us, the ones who walked before them, to lead them toward destiny fulfilled, to help them maximize their time on this earth, to shield them from the storms of a broken world.
But while we celebrate, let us not forget:
Not all children sleep in warm houses last night.
Some lie in the bushes,
naked, beaten, starved,
robbed of their innocence by a society where men have become vipers,
where religion is twisted into weapons,
and humanity is sacrificed on the altar of false loyalty.
Nigeria bleeds.
Nigeria cries.
Every day, the land groans under the weight of failed leadership,
and though it may not have touched your doorstep yet, insurgency is already at the corridor.
Where are the intercessors?
Where are the interceptors?
Who will rise to stand in the gap?
We cannot be silent.
Silence is complicity.
Silence is surrender.
Let our voices join the echoes of prayers,
let our knees bend in intercession,
let our hands defend the land.
Save our children.
Save our future.
Save our nation.
Nigeria, you will not die in silence.
Nigeria, you will not bleed without hope.
Nigeria, you will rise again
